SBS reported again that mihir is the culprit behind amma's accident. Is it true? If it is true, will it be Ishita who will find out first and try to tell raman about it but he would not believe her thus causing major misunderstanding between them just like that Mihir had planned?

SBS will not name anyone just like that. This is second time they have named Mihir. So it will be Mihir only. If he is really Shagun's brother, does not Mihika has the right to know that. Why is Ishu and her family not being told that till now. If they show Mihir as the culprit then they butchered his character and this will be the first nail in the serial.
