Scene of the day

It's not what you think guys ... I can't understand the scene so posting it as scene of the day
When ragz says some pain isn't cured by medicine what the hell was puky s expression and background music supposed to mean
The music I got - it was meant to convey that puky is thinking what she is supposed to think ( kalpi and ragz relationship and his words to her the night of their wedding )but her expression doesn't match
Puky s expression says I'm confused , what do you mean by that , I have no clue what you are talking , oh I know you mean to say you need some tlc from me and does she actually smile at the very end !
Beats me , I'm tired of this girls acting but someone needs to tell her what the scene is supposed to convey , agree she has to act dumb till the show ends but please this isn't even acting dumb ...
