From beginning it was said Rangrasiya was loosely based on Othello, so this new, young negative character is he Iago or Cassio.

as someone pointed out it was rudra's character which was loosely based on the character othello not the story or rudra's character entirely. besides even though Othello is a great story it is very dark not only in the ending but it deals with a very dark concept and I don't think even people who love Othello would want rr to turn so dark.

Rangrasiya is a beautiful love story and let it always remain like that.
