Raj is not for sure , yaar he is the person who is protecting nuclear triggers, then Huda we all now what happend to him in LRL 1( How that Ritu tried to trick him and apna Raj usse sahi raaste pe laaya 😳and he is the person who helped Raj to save Nuclear triggers , uss naina ne to kuch nahin kiya😡) and he is already been suspected and raj sometimes believes on Huda more than Naina😳

Huda cannot be the spy as he was being used by the original Spy-Ritu in the begining but now Abhi is the new spy taking over from Ritu.

abhi is not the spy. raj's boss has been keeping an eye on him and found out abt the red box.
if raj leaves lrl then it is abhi who will take his place as the new teacher i guess. so abhi cannnot be the spy.
