Pawan Quits!!

Pawan Shankar, who made his debut with ' Siddhant' and then went on to do serials like Kasamh Se, Thodi Si Zameen, Thoda Sa Aasman, has decided to say goodbye to television. He wants to concentrate on films now as he feels that he is not being able to derive creative satisfaction from his roles in television shows. Pawan got some good offers from several Television production houses after his powerful performance in Balaji Telefilms' Kasamh Se but refused them all.

As Pawan says, ' I had a great start and I worked with good production houses. I have experimented a lot with my roles in an industry where actors get identical roles. But I can not continue as I can't derive the creative satisfaction by working in serials. So, I have decided to put a stop to it. I don't aspire to be a big film star. But, I definitely want to do some quality work in movies.'
