ok so im watching todays episode...june 7th...lol...and i notice something...call it a blooper...😕...point is...the lawyer is telling jai that he cant do anything legally because 5yrs ago bani gave parental rights over to pia...🤢😡...blah blah blah...ok but here is what me a lil confused...the lawyer says that 'saaf saaf likha hai' that in the absense of bani, pia is the guardian...'bani ke naa hone paar'...so what this means is that as long is bani is not in the picture then pia has rights...but once she is back...she has her rights and the document will be null and void...right...😕...if that is the case then why not prove that durga is bani and move on with the story...i mean really...ekta needs a better legal consultant, or a better writer so they can remember what they are saying and not change story lines half way through...
i get that they will have to deal with the whole 'who killed sahil' part but come on...bani can come out, get her kids, give them to AD or Maa or something...then deal with who killed sahil...blah blah blah...i mean really...even jai should have caught that part...go find bani and the pia will rot in h*ll...if pia doesnt have the kids as leverage, then she has nothing...😉
