Lunch Fine session for England with just the one wicket in the morning session, Sam Robson passing his first half-century for England and Gary Ballance looking steady too. The scoring rate hasn't been wild but healthy enough progress to keep Sri Lanka out and move into a very strong position.

Overall a decent session for England. They have scored 70 runs for the loss of one wicket. The Sri Lankan bowlers started off well. They were getting some swing in the first hour of the day and maintained their lines well. Cook was decieved by an outswinger from Prasad as he fell cheaply. However, Robson managed to keep is cool and along with Ballance steadied England's innings. The young man also brought up his maiden Test fifty in the process.

60.5	Herath to Ballance, no run, Dropped! Silva the culprit there. This was pushed through on off, Ballance plunges forward, pushes at it with hard hands, gets an inside edge that pops low to short leg. The ball pops in, then pops out of Silva's hands. MJ is distraught
