Has anyone watched the movie dial ne jise apna kaha, in that when the lead actress dies in a car accident she gives a heart to another girl, I was wondering maybe when pankuri feel from the cliff they might have admitted her to a hospital and possibly Ayesha also had an accident that day and needed a heart transplant. Maybe since there was no hope for Pankhuri, so they might have used her heart. I know I sound like a wacky, but maybe that is the reason that adi feels Pankhuri presence with ayesha.

But it doesn't explain the similarity.

If Pankhu is dead, then Ayesha is a lookalike who will fall in love with Adi.

If she is Pankhu, then she has taken the place of the real Ayesha who died with only the mother knowing. The sisters truly believe A to be their sisters, so does teachers, Galib and etc. So maybe the mother and A was out somewhere and something happens, at the same time Pankhu is rescued from the landslide...

I think the CVs will play with this as long as they can and then decided to reveal it one way or another. I only hope it's not full of bloopers!

with the way Nafisa is behaving to Ayesha and the shadiness of Nilofer and most importantly the spoliers, I think Ayesha is Pankhudi and has probably been fed false memories

Even I want Ayesha to be Pankhuri, but these episodes are so disappointing I thought Pankhuri na shahi uska dil hi.
Dil se wish Ayesha is really Pankhuri.
