Nargis Fakhri to match steps with Salman Khan in 'Kick'

Mumbai: Nargis Fakhri, whose last film, 'Main Tera Hero' earned her a lot of acclaim for her performance, has been roped in for Sajid Nadiadwala's 'Kick'. This is the same special number for which the makers were trying to woo Deepika Padukone. She was unable to say a 'yes' to the offer and Nargis Fakhri will now feature along with Salman Khan.

A source told DC," A lot of efforts were made to get Salman and Deepika together. However, the makers are happy with their final choice. Nargis has the looks and the attitude that will sync well with the song."

Currently, Salman has wrapped shooting for a song called Hangover, in which he makes a debut in singing.

Regarding the song with Nargis," It will be shot in a weeks time. She has heard the track and is excited to match steps with Salman," said the source.

Can nargis dance? If she can den she is ok types: wil suit in looks wid salman
Wish it was deepika,her popularity wud ve added few mre bucks to kick's collction.,though she is pathetic at item no.s

I am excited for Kick for two reasons:

1- to watch the chemistry between Jackie and Salman

2-it looks like an interesting story and Salman looks great.

I am going to watch this one in theatre

SajidNadiadwala's search for a glamorous name for a special song in Kick has ended.

Mirror has learnt that NargisFakhri has been locked for the song which will be choreographed by Ahmed Khan. The actress arrived on the film sets yesterday for her costume fittings and look tests.

Revealed a source close to the development: "If all goes well, they will shoot the number in a week's time on a lavish set with the actors in funky costumes.

" Deepika Padukone was previously approached for the song but had to drop out following date issues as Imitiaz Ali's Tamasha opposite Ranbir Kapoor flags off on July 9 in the south of France. Later, there was talk of Heropanti actress Kriti Sanon doing the song. But Nargis seems to have beaten everybody in the race.

I know thats why i posted the article and said that its no more a rumor but still even PC one seemed legit but then sajid didnt say she was ..but this one looks legit..but i want sajid to say so regardless.lol!!
