Medical negligence case?

Going by the recent episodes, looks like Ratan's dad will die and his wife will file a case against jagadish. Medical negligence seems to be the next court scene drama.

Where is BV heading? It looks like they are interested in court scenes of late. Just because one case was interesting (Sanchi-Jagya), doesn't mean you repeat the same. Just look at the number of cases this family has faced so far:
