Really , no need for poll. The answer is very obvious. She will get her other eye back for sure. Gul will do this to spice up the show. When her eye sight will be back. She will be shocked to see Sanam. She will think that it is Zoya.

And Tanveer blind or no blind. Doesn't really make a difference. She is still able to do all the dirty acts while she is blind. She murders her husband ... While she was blind. She got Sanam put into a grave while she is blind. She got Bari Begum... Sick in her blindness. So it doesn't really make a difference. The equation is very simple

Tanveer blind= Tanveer no blind
