It was recently heard that Madhubala - Ek Ishq Ek Junoon would be coming to an end the next month and the last episode of the show will air on 12th July.
Madhubala has enjoyed popularity for a long time now and made Vivian Dsena and Drashti Dhami a household name.
However, the show has failed to retain the audience's interest since the past few months and therefore the channel has decided to pull it off air.
Madhubala will be replaced by Shakuntalam Telefilms Shastri Sisters which is a story of four sisters who have to move from one town to another after their father gets a transfer.
The story is based against the backdrop of Kanpur.
Here's hoping that this new show manages to capture the interest of the audience as much as Madhubala has.
