Hi everyone! First of all am extremely sorry for taking so long to update my next FF but my broadband was giving me troubles from past few days and I can't give an update from my phone Anyways here goes my next update.😊

Chapter 7: One sided realization

*DING DONG*

Meeta pressed the door bell 2-3 times but Navya didn't open the door.

"Maa, aap rukiye main Navya ko call karti hoon"Said Renuka as she dialed her no.

She was not picking up her call which made them both worried.

Meeta took out the door keys and she opened the door. They were shocked.

Navya was lying unconscious on the floor.

"Navya..."Meeta screamed as they both went towards her. Meeta took her head in her lap and patted her cheeks.Renuka came with a glass of water and sprinkled it on her face. Navya gained conscious. She opened her eyes weakly. "Maa..."Said Navya trying to open her eyes.

Meeta caressed her head and heaved a sigh of relief seeing her conscious.

Navya was lying on the bed while Meeta sat on her side.Navya's phone rang.

Meeta took the call and went out of the room.It was Appy.

"Navya,tune dawaii leli na?hum toh dar hi gaye thae jab tu college mein yu achank behosh ho gayi,ye toh acha hua ki Anant tha jisne sab kuch sambhal liye khair ab teri tabiyat kaisi hain?said Appy in a single go.

"Beta mai Navya nahi uski maa bol rahi hu aur Navya college mein bhi behosh ho gayi thi.Usne mujhe iss bare mein kuch bataya kyun nahi? Asked a worried Meeta.

"ohh Namasty aunty, kya, usne aap ko kuch nahi bataya aur college mein bhi,matlab,vo abhi phir behosh hui kya?"Asked Appy more puzzled. "Aunty aap rukiye main aur Rits abhi aapke ghar aate hain."

"Haan thike beta."Said Meeta and cut the call.

Appy and Rits arrived at Navya's house. Meeta was feeding Navya some khichdi.

"Navya, tu ab kaisi hain?"Asked Rits sitting on the other side of bed along with Appy.

"Mai theek hu,Rits"said Navya with a small smile.

"Navya,tune mujhe bataya kyu nahi ki teri college mai bhi tabiyat kharab hui thi,mujhe toh Appy se pata chala."said Meeta.

"Haan maa vo maine socha ki jab aap mandir se ghar aayengi tabhi mai aapko bata dungi"said Navya.

"Aur tu ghar pe phirse behosh kaise ho gayi,kuch khake dawaii nahi li kya?"asked Appy.

"Haan beta humare aane se pehle kya kar rahi thi?"Asked Meeta.

Hearing there questions made Navya's face pale as it reminded her those moments which she shared with Anant today,his preparing khichdi for her,their closeness,that phonecall and their indirect misunderstanding.Navya's eyes got a bit teary which she blinked to hide but it didn't go unnoticed by Rits and Appy.

"Maa,vo jab khichdi bana rahi thi,tabhi chakkar aa gaya"Navya said a lie.

"Chal thike jo hua so hua,ab tu aaram kar,main tere papa se baat karke aati hoon"said Meeta and went out.

"Mai tab tak sabke liye chae banake laati hoon"said Renuka and left.

"Navya,ab tu hume sach sach bata kya hua?Tu itni udaas kyu hain?"said Appy as they both came close to sit beside her.

"Sachme guys!asa kuch nahi hua meri bas ta.."

"dekh Navya tu kuch chupa rahi hain thike,tu hume bata rahi hai ki nahi"Threatned Rits.

"Vo hua ye ki Anant mujhe upar tak chodne aaya tha aur phir..."Navya told them the whole thing (obviously skipping the part where they were going to kiss) till the phone call.

"Ohhh,toh ab ye Soniya kaun hain?"said Appy with a thoughtful expression "Kahi ye uski girlfriend toh nahi"

"girlfriend ya koi bhi ho"said Navya with a glint of jealousy in her tone "atleast mujhse share toh kar sakta tha na,I mean main uski dost hoona."

"Navya,mai manti hu ki tu uski dost hain but abhi tum dono ko dost bane hue waqt hi kitna hua hain usae thoda waqt toh de,I am sure vo tujhse ye baat zarur share karega"said Rits.

"Thike mana ki abhi thoda hi time hua hain but phir bhi bahane maarne ki zarurat kya thi ki office se client ka call tha n all,maine tab pucha tha kya?"said Navya with a grumpy face "Aur uss raat,God pata nahi, mujhe toh sochte hue bhi sharam aa rahi hain,dikhne mein toh itna shareef lagta hain but harkate toh janaab ki dekho."

Rits and Appy shared a secret look and smiled silently.

"Haan Navya,mujhe bhi na ye Anant ladka ab kuch thik nahi lag raha"said Rits and winked at Appy. She was using reverse trick to check if she has started developing some real feelings for him.

"Tujhe pata hain kya mujhe toh lagta hai vo tujhpe bhi line maarne ki koshish kar raha hain,tabhi toh vo kangan usne khud tujhe pehnaya aur phir tere liye lehenga choose kiya,jab tu aaj behosh hui tab tujhe uthake medical room le gaya aur ab tere liye khichdi prepare ki"said Rits making a serious face

"Even vo toh hum dono ke sath bhi flirt karne ki koshish kar raha tha,tujhe pata hain..."said Appy but was stopped by Navya

Navya had heard enough."Chup karo tum dono"screamed Navya on top of her voice "Kuch bhi bole jaa rahi ho,Anant koi flirt type ka ladka nahi hai, usne kangan mujhe isliye pehnaya kyuki uske gharwale uss waqt nahi aa sakte thae,usne mere liye lehenga isliye choose kiya kyuki hum log choose nai kar paa rahe thae aur aaj agar vo mujhe uthake le gaya toh kya vahi gira hua chodke chala jaata aur rahi baat khichdi banana ki toh meri tabiyat theek nahi thi isliye usne meri madat ki aur tum dono ke saath vo kabhi flirt nahi kar sakta"

Navya seemed to be satisfied now.She was feeling a bit relieved now. She said all this to make them believe but it gave her a strong believe that Anant can't be a that type of guy and in that case of Soniya it is she for sure who is trapping him and he is all innocent.

Appy and Rits have done their work and shared a victory smile.

"Thike Navya,hum Anant ke baare mein ab kuch ulta seedha nahi kahenge"said Rits "Ab ye dawaii lele"She handed her water along with a tablet.

"Haan aur vaise bhi itna bada speech deke toh tu kamjor ho hi gayi hogi"said Appy making fake sympathic face for her dear friend.

"Appy tu na"said Navya and tried to hit her. Giggles of laughter filled the room.

It was 7:00 o'clock in the evening.

Meeta entered Navya's room to inform her that Mohan has returned from Delhi and it's their wish that they both should go to a restaurant tomorrow to spend some time with each other.

"Par Maa meri toh tabiyat bhi theek nahi hai aur kal college bhi toh jaana hain"said Navya finding ways to cancel the meeting with Mohan.

"Arae toh tu dawaii bhi toh le rahi haina aur tune hi toh kuch der pehle hi mere kamre mein aake kaha ki teri tabiyat ab pehle se kaafi better hain aur rahi baat college ki toh uska kya hain baad mein Rits aur Appy se notes le lena"smiled Meeta.

Navya smiled back forcely with a nod as she didn't have any more excuses to make.

Meeta told her the venue and time and left the room.

Navya made a sad face.

It was 11:00 o' clock at night.Navya was feeling much better now . She was sitting near her window side and was enjoying the cold breeze as it seemed like rain will began at anytime now.

Suddenly her phone started ringing.She picked it up to find Anant calling her.

*Ab ye kyu mujhe call kar raha hain?Zarur Mohan se milne jaa rahi hoona toh shayad vo bhi hume join karna chahe isliye!*thought Navya in an attitude but was happy as well because he has called her up which she didn't want to show.

"Hello"said Navya in a non interested tone.

"Hii, naraaz ho mujhse?"Asked Anant in an innocent way.

"Umm nahi,tumhe kyu asa laga aur itni raat ko kyu phone kiya, koi khas vajah?"Asked Navya with an attitude.

"Vo aaj joh main karne wala tha,pata nahi kaise apne aap hi am really for that"said Anant.

"Hmm thike"said Navya.

Anant thought that it must be very embarrassing for her that is why she didn't want to talk more about it now.

"Anant"said Navya "Main tumse ek baat puchu?"

"Haan pucho na"said Anant with a smile as he found her tone mild.

"Tum mujhe apna dost samajhte hone?"

"Haan Navya,ye bhi koi puchne wali baat hain,ofcourse samajhta hoon"said Anant.

"Toh tumhe nahi lagta ki doston ko apni problems ek doosre se share karni chahiye?"Asked Navya softly.

Anant now got what she was talking about. She might have heard a bit about Soniya and his conversation.He didn't know how to share it with her as it might lead to end of their friendship.

"Na..Navya tumne apni dawaii li,din mein doh baar leni thi"asked Anant changing the topic.

Navya became worried again as he changed the topic.It means something for sure has happened which Anant would not like to share with her.It made her angry and upset at the same time.

"Anant,maine dawaii leli hain,raat kaafi ho chuki hain aur mujhe neend aa rahi hain isliye bye gudnite and she cut the call before Anant could say anything.

"He..hello Navya suno toh.."He said but found the call disconnected.

*Kya share karu main tumse,Navya jab main khud hi nahi janta ki mai sahi hu ya galat,mujhe maaf kardena*Thought Anant in disappointment.

"Kyu Anant?kyu tum mujhse share nahi kar sakte ho?Mai tumahri pareshani solve karna chahti hoon tumhe khush dekhna chahti hoon*thought Navya

"Par mai ye sab kyu chahti hoon?"Said Navya to herself.

*Aaj jab usae chot lagi toh dard mujhe kyu ho raha tha*Thought Navya *Kyu maine usae rokne ki koshish nahi ki jab vo mujhe...kyu aaj maine usae Rits aur Appy ke samne defend kiya?Kyu mujhe ye sochke bura lag raha ki Anant uss ladki Soniya ke saath shayad committed hain?kyu mai khush nahi hu ye sochkar ki kal main Mohan se milne jaa rahi hu jisse meri shaadi ho rahi hain ?asa lag raha ki mera kuch lena dena hi nahi hain usse jo bhi hain ...*

"Sab kuchAnant se hain"said Navya aloud.

Her head was paining thinking about all this.She went to her bed and laid down. She unlocked her cellphone and tapped on the gallery button to see her and Anant's pic together.

A lone tear escaped from her eyes.

*Kya main usse pya..*

Precap:Anant comes to know about Mohan and Navya's meeting and gets a bit jealous thinking that Navya has agreed to meet him.😉He decided to do something.
