It confirms nothing, Farhan himself rubbished these rumors and Harshita is not a part of BI. Harshita has already been roped in for another show but not BI and like pointed out in this thread we already saw the two little kids who play Rehan's children.

I was not expecting this so this means that sbs was true. I seriously don't want this to happen and I am not at all looking forward to this track. I am sure this track will be a downfall for the show and show is going to lose it's charm.
