Uday Chopra: Acting is over now

There is nothing like self-realisation. And after 14 years and about a dozen films, Uday Chopra has realised that acting is not his cup of tea. He has decided to move on.

Currently he heads the international arm of Yash Raj Films and has shifted base to the Los Angeles from Mumbai.

Aked about his acting dreams, he said: "That's over. My focus is not there. Also, I don't have time to act."

Last seen in "Dhoom 3", he can bend rules for the next installment of the successful franchise being produced under his home banner.

"I would take time out for 'Dhoom 4' if at all they want me in it or else its pretty much over," said Uday, who heads YRF Entertainment which recently released its joint venture "Grace Of Monaco" in India.

Thank you. It was over a long time back. The torture you give us by acting was horrible But thanks a lot for accepting this.

And I hope you won't be part of dhoom series. You and Acting just are not made for each other, I guess you know what I mean 😆

He was only good in Mohabbatien and the first Dhoom. Everything else was forgettable. Even in his Yaar Ki Shaadi, Jimmy Shergill was better. Now there's an actor I wish did better and got ore offers. But his North Indian films did well and he got more fame there so it's fine.

Jimmy Shergill is one of the most UNDER-RATED actors!!!

WHAT an actor. Maachis, ad the one with Hrishita Bhatt? Very , very good acting.

Even in a flop movie like MYKSH, he was the best part about the movie!

I love that movie though. 😆
