PART 8

BASKETBALL COURT

Piya was running behind Armaan who got the ball with him... Rahul was covering Muskaan... Piya and Muskaan was wearing red tang tops n black track pants... Rahul was wearing black track suit with yellow t.shirt were else Armaan put black track suit only as he remove his jacket before starting the game...

Armaan move towards the basket but before Armaan could do a basket, Piya push him, which make him lose the balance and fell on the ground... As it happen the moment Armaan throw the ball, ball didn't go inside the basket and it fell back towards Piya who catch it...

Dribbling, Piya make her way to the other side of the basket to score basket for the girls' team... Seeing Piya got the ball, it was Muskaan who tackle Rahul and before Rahul could reach to Piya, she did the basket...

'Yeyyy...' Piya jump up and down after she scored and Muskaan jumping with Piya as they hold each other arms... Rahul sit on the ground seeing Piya did the basket holding his head in his hand while Armaan was still on the ground looking towards Piya with shocked...

When Piya and Muskaan turn towards the guys and seeing them on the ground they started to laugh... Rahul got a deep frown on his face as he stood up and Armaan was just on the ground not daring to bother...

'Bhai, ab uth bhi jao...' Piya call Armaan moving towards him...

'Yaar Ammy, yeh dono toh khulke cheating kar rahe hai...' Rahul said giving hand to Armaan which Armaan hold and Rahul pull him up...

'So what, pehle start tum logo ne kiya tha okey...' Muskaan shot back...

'Really now... Humne kya kiya...' Rahul asked...

'Don't act innocent bro... U both was tickling me first when Bhai did the basket...' Piya said...

'Baccha, hum galati se bhi haat lagate toh tumko tickle hota hai toh hum kiya kar sakte hai...' Armaan said as he stood next to Rahul...

'Bhai, galati se nehi aap dono jaan bhujke karte ho... Kyunki aap dono koh pata hai that I'm ticklish on waist ek jhaga... Aur aap dono sirf jab meri paas ball aate hai tab aise karte ho kyunki aapko dono koh pata hai Muski ke haat se aap dono aasaani se ball le sakte hai but not from me...' Piya said...

'Haan toh iska matlab yeh nehi na tum Armaan koh push karenge...' Rahul said...

'Jo waisa karta hai use waisa hi barna hoga Rahul...

Abhi score equal hai, jeetna hai toh aur khelo nehi toh game khatam karke chalo... Hospital nehi jaana kiya...' Muskaan said...

'Score equal hai toh ek aur baar hojae... Kyunki isbaar jo basket karenge, woh team jeetenge...' Rahul said...

'Common then, bring it on...' Piya said as she move towards the ball and throw it to Rahul...

Everyone took their position and soon Rahul started to dribble the ball while Piya move towards him trying to take the ball from him... Rahul pass the ball to Armaan but Muskaan came in front of him taking the ball...

Piya move away from Rahul shouting Muskaan to pass the ball to her who was free...

When Piya got the ball, Rahul and Armaan move towards the basket to block her and Muskaan were standing by their side to block one...

Piya was dribbling the ball and waiting for Muskaan to get free but Rahul and Armaan both were blocking her... Muskaan took charge on Rahul and move infront of Rahul asking Piya to pass the ball...

Armaan who saw this look towards Rahul who didn't understand what was going on Armaan mind at the moment... Armaan gave him a naughty grin before pushing him towards Muskaan... Due to Armaan push, Rahul fell on Muskaan and the ball, which came towards Muskaan, Armaan got it as Piya make her way towards Armaan to take it from him...

Armaan was too fast for Piya this time and he run dribbling the ball towards the other Basket, jump and score changing their final score from 14-15... Just a point and the boys lead this time...

Piya stood trying to control her fast breath and heartbeat due to the entire running with her hands on her hips... Armaan look towards Piya giving her his biggest dimple smile as he took a bow towards her as if saying he knows he's the best...

Meanwhile when Armaan push Rahul, Rahul lost his balance and fall on Muskaan... As everything happen so suddenly, both of them could control their balance and was rolling on the floor... When they stop, Rahul was under Muskaan as Muskaan was on top of him...

Rahul look at Muskaan to say something but seeing Muskaan has shut her eyes tight because of the sudden fall, Rahul just keep looking at her... Rahul could feel her fast heartbeat as well her hot breath on his face as their face were inch away...

Unaware of being the position, when they stop rolling Muskaan open her eyes to meet her eyes with Rahul brown ones... The moment Muskaan eyes met with his, Muskaan felt that everything fades around her... She can see only his face, which was barely an inch away from hers... Hot hot breath kissing her face while she could clearly hear his fast heartbeat due to all running...

Running, that's it... Muskaan soon realized they were in the court... Hitting the reality, Muskaan stood up trying to control her breath and heartbeat... Rahul laid on the ground not understanding what has suddenly happen to Muskaan that she move away from him so quickly...

Rahul got his answer when he heard Piya and Armaan bickering... Rahul stood up and look at Muskaan who was trying not to look at him but everywhere else... Rahul felt something that moment but didn't know what he was feeling this new connection towards Muskaan...

'Bhai, that was really not fair...' Piya said...

'Awww. Baby koh pura laga...' Armaan said pulling Piya cheeks...

'Bhai, don't do that... It hurts...' Piya said...

'Baccha, it hurts when u pushes me too...' Armaan said...

'Accha, aapne toh itni acchi body banake rakhi hai... Kiya faida iska jab aapko chot lagti hai meri ek push se...' Piya said...

'Kiya Piya... Insaan hoon, jaanwar nehi ki tum push karongi toh mujhe chot nehi lagegi...

Aur waise bhi jaise tum log ne khela, waise hum log ne bhi khela...

Ab ro mat bachon ki tarah haar gaye toh...' Armaan said putting his arm around Piya shoulder...

'Baby baby mat bhulao mujhe Bhai...

Aur jitna aaplog ne cheating ki, utna humne bhi ki... Is baar aap koh cheat nehi karna chahiyeh tha...' Piya said...

'Ab kuch nehi ho sakta baby sis... Chalo let go home...

Humhe hospital bhi toh jaana hai...' Armaan said he got his jacket from the near by bench where they had kept the bag which they brought with them...

Piya make a pout face as she move to the bench taking the water bottle when Armaan wear his jacket not closing the zip... Seeing Rahul and Muskaan were still in the middle of the court, Armaan look towards them as he took another water bottle...

'Abey tum dono koh kiya huva ab... Chalo nehi toh hum late hojaenge...' Armaan shouted to which Muskaan and Rahul came towards them...

Neither Rahul nor Muskaan said anything as they get their water bottles... Piya and Armaan didn't know what has happen as they were too much in bickering with each other... Piya got hold of Muskaan hand as she drag her giving Armaan and Rahul dead look while Armaan chuckle and Rahul well he just has no expression...

SANJEEVANI

Abhay just reach and saw Piya coming with Muskaan who was trying to make Piya mood light... Seeing Piya expression, Abhay understood that she was not happy with something that might happen back in home... Abhay stood near his car as Piya and Muskaan were to pass by but suddenly nurse came calling to Muskaan who make her stop as she saw some file to Muskaan...

Piya who wasn't in a good mood move on leaving Muskaan behind and seeing this Abhay came in front of her to hoping she would stop seeing him in front... But to his surprise, Piya came and crashes on him, which makes lose her balance...

Piya hair were flying around her face covering it... Abhay was staring at her when she falls in his arm as this new connection started to run in his spine making everything blur around him... Piya who was already irritate by the fact that Muskaan had been telling her to forget about the game, who cares who win because it was mean to make Armaan mood good, look towards the person who crash on her opening her mouth to shout on that person...

Seeing those gorgeous eyes of Abhay looking down at her, when their eyes met Piya forget what she was going to say the very next moment...

Piya didn't bother to move her hair away from her face as she was looking through it to a lost Abhay who was admiring the beauty in his arms... For a second, Piya felt the world getting quiet around her and she don't know why but she kept looking at his eyes as if she saw something precious in those gorgeous eyes...

Abhay slowly move his hand up to her face, moving her hair, which was coming in between his view hiding Piya gorgeous face... When Piya feel his touch, automatically her eyes got close as her breath got heavy feeling the current run down in her spine...

Abhay have a dreamy smile on his face seeing how Piya body was reacting to his one touch... On the other side, Piya was trying to control her heartbeat, which was getting fast as Abhay fingers were caring her cheeks softly...

Their moment was disturb when they heard someone honk to bring them back to the world telling them they were in the middle of the parking...

With the disturbance, Abhay and Piya move away from each other giving space to the car to move as both stood looking at each other nervously for losing in the middle of the parking... Piya put some fringe behind her ear as she look towards Abhay giving him a small smile she turn and move to the entrance, inside the hospital...

Abhay return her smile and look around to make sure no one was watching them and when he feel everyone was busy in their own work to recognize what's going on around them, Abhay move inside behind Piya who was little ahead from him...

IN LOCKER ROOM

Piya enter the locker room before she go to briefing to see Gunjan and Samrat already present there... Seeing Piya, Gunjan move towards her hugging her...

'Good morning Piya...' Gunjan said leaving her and giving her best smile...

'Good morning Gunji... Hey Sammy, Good morning...' Piya call Samrat who was standing near his locker resting his back on it while he was checking some file...

'Hey, Good morning gorgeous...' Samrat said giving his charming smile to Piya who shake her head hearing Samrat flirty reply...

Piya move to her locker as Gunjan went back to her locker... Abhay came after a few minutes and Samrat move to him and hugs him greeting him... Abhay greet Gunjan as well and move towards Piya who was standing near their locker... Piya was standing with her back towards Abhay as she try to control herself not letting the moment get to her and make them feel awkward with each other...

'Hello Piya... Good morning...' Abhay said as he open his locker...

'Good Morning Abhay... Kaise ho...' Piya asked as she took out her files...

'Good, u...' Abhay asked...

'Never better...' Piya said looking at him and turn around to see Gunjan and Samrat standing near their locker giving cold look to each other...

Abhay who was getting his belonging from the locker, shut it and turn around to see what Piya was staring at... Seeing Gunjan and Samrat trying to be busy in their files but keep giving each other cold look they understood that still they were mad at each other for what happen the previous day...

'Whats with u both...' Abhay asked...

'What...' Samrat asked...

'I have to complete this report... Piya can u come with me...' Gunjan said as she moves out from the locker room...

'Sure...' Piya said looking towards Samrat and then back to Abhay waving her she went behind Gunjan who was already out from the locker room...

Abhay turn to Samrat who move towards the bench sitting letting his shoulder fall as if he was forcefully keeping it straight a while ago... Abhay move towards him sitting next to Samrat looking the file, which he was holding...

'New case...' Abhay asked pointing to his file...

'Yeah, humhare liyeh toh yaha sab kuch new hai Abhay...' Samrat said as he cares his temple...

'Seems u haven't slept whole night... Gunji se fight huvi issiliyeh na...' Abhay asked...

'Dude, u know I hate fighting her...' Samrat said...

'Then why u do things that make her upset and end up fighting with her...' Abhay asked...

'U know she didn't take me more then a friend... What else to do to keep my mind away from her mahnn...' Samrat said...

'Sammy, we come here to work... Not to get a girlfriend to yourself...

So better concentrate on work them walking around those girls... Aur rahi baat Gunji ki, when u runs behind a girl they will show more attitude... Let them be...

Don't make them feel more wanted because it will make them show more attitude and move away... ' Abhay said...

'Kiya baat hai, tujhe toh bohot kuch pata hai...' Samrat said putting his arm around Abhay shoulder...

Abhay shake his head knowing Samrat agree what he just said but not wanted to show him that he believes it... Abhay stood up checking the time and Samrat also check the time and they have only 3mins before briefing...

'End the fight and shake hands with Gunji...

I have seen u both giving cold look to each other... Even Piya had...

Why to fight when we have to work in the same hospital with each other... We r friends, don't let the friendship ruin for a silly fight...' Abhay said as he moves out...

'Yeah I guess I need to talk her...' Samrat said as he follows out behind Abhay...

AFTER BRIEFING IN CHILDREN'S WARD

Children's were running here and there shouting and laughing as they were enjoying around the place... It didn't feel that they were hear to get treatment but they were here to enjoy the days of their lifes...

'Didi, hum yaha hai...' One of them calls and Riddhima who was in the middle of the ward turn around whole her eyes was hide with a cloth...

Riddhima turn around when she heard the voice because she can't see as she was blindfolded as they were playing a game as they demand if they had medicine, Riddhima has to play with them before do further check ups for the day...

Knowing how naughty they are and they wouldn't agree without getting their reward in return, Riddhima agree as they need to have their dose of the starting day... So here, Riddhima was standing with her eyes blindfold while kids were running calling her name and some times pulling her dress to get her attention divert from one to another...

Riddhima was throwing her hand in the air trying to get hold of one of the kid but they were too fast for her as they keep escaping from her easily... Laughter were around the ward and two nurse were watching them play with smile on their face...

Their work got easy as Riddhima came and took the charge of the ward diverting the kids and making them enjoy another day in this atmosphere, which no one would like to stay for a long time...

'Didi, jaldi kissi koh pakdo... Nehi toh aapko aise hi rehna hoga pura din...' another girl said who was holding a bear on her hand...

'Accha bacchu... Aise kaise main pura din aise rahongi...

Main kaam kaise karongi aise aankh band karke...' Riddhima said as she stop with her hand on her hips...

When everyone saw Riddhima stop moving and stood not moving towards anyone, they also stop on their spots to catch their breath... Riddhima smile hearing suddenly the kids has stop running and moving around...

Riddhima breath was also heavy, as she had been moving behind them from the last 20mins...

'Issiliyeh toh bol rahi hoon aap jaldi se kissi koh pakdo...' boy who was standing on his bed said...

'Haan, kissi koh toh pakda padega... Lekin kisko pakdun... Tum sab toh bohot fast ho...

Meri haat aate nehi koi bhi...' Riddhima said as she slowly started to move around as she put her finger on her cheek as if she was thinking whom to get...

Kids were too smart then Riddhima as they saw Riddhima slowly moving around the room, they slowly without making noise started to move away from her... The one who was holding the bear move behind Riddhima and pull her dress diverting her attention toward the other side running away before Riddhima could caught her...

Riddhima move forward and as she was near the entrance bed, there was a stool kept near the bed and Riddhima hit on it losing her balance...

It was the moment Armaan enter the children's ward as he was on his round... Seeing Riddhima about to fall, Armaan quickly move towards holding her with his arms around her waist... Armaan look towards Riddhima to see her eyes were blindfolded and she was looking very beautiful in that pink top with slim fit jeans... Her hair was left open while she has very less make up apply...

Armaan was lost in her beauty while Riddhima was holding on Armaan shirt when Armaan caught her without letting her hit on the hard floor...

Riddhima move the cloth out from her eyes, as she was sure that she was not on the floor but held in mid air with strong arms around her waist... She had a fear of hitting the hard floor but she breathe relief when someone hold her without letting her fall...

Unknowingly, her heartbeat started to race fast feeling the warm body close ot her, her fist was tight on the shirt whoever was holding her... Riddhima was waiting for the person to leave her so that she could stand straight on her feet but when the person didn't dare to move or let go off her, wondering who it was Riddhima move the cloth out from her eyes to meet her eyes with those gorgeous ones...

Armaan was looking down at Riddhima admiring her beauty when Riddhima move the cloth out from her eyes and Armaan graze met with hers... Shiver run downs in their body making the atmosphere around them hot as ever all of sudden...

Armaan was lost in her beautiful big eyes while her innocent one was searching those gorgeous eyes of Armaan as if she was waiting for him to say something... But what she was expecting him to say or do...

Their moment was break when they heard noises around them... Letting go off each other, they look around to see kids were giggling while the nurse were trying to hide their laugh as they go back to their work...

'Sorry...' Riddhima said before moving away from Armaan and got her file from the nurse table as she move towards one kids to do his check up...

Seeing Armaan there, all the kids were now back on their bed as if they had been sitting there from god knows how many minutes... But they know Armaan had seen them running here and there a while ago as he came...

They know Armaan wouldn't get angry on them for running and playing around, sometimes even he joins with them playing and running around the ward increasing work for the cleaners and ward boys... Everyone knows how much good and pure heart Armaan have, especially towards the kids...

There is this girl, Minnie who had been in there from the last one year to get treatment for cancer... She was only an 8years old but she talks like a mature adult... She was a great support for Armaan whenever he is in trouble; Armaan comes to her and Minnie help him gladly...

Armaan get her many things and spoil her like his own sister... They call each other boyfriend and girlfriend as Armaan always come to her with his problem... And Armaan was glad that he shares this bond with her who is his little girlfriend...

Armaan move towards Minnie, who was sitting holding her bear hugging it... She smiles when she saw him approching towards her as usual... Minnie is really possessive about Armaan sometimes because she said she don't like to share her boyfriend with anyone... She always demand him to come and meet her first whenever he enter children wards and being the cute among them, Armaan can never deny her demand and request...

So as usual, today also Armaan came and sit in front of her as she gave him her best smile... Armaan ruffle her hair, which make her pout her lips...

'Boyfriend, kitni baar kaha hai meri baalon koh haat mat lagao...

Pata hai kitni mushkil se main itna accha banati hoon...' Minnie said correcting her hair when Armaan move his hand away from her hair and pull her cheek softly for her daily comment...

Armaan chuckle hearing her and shake his head for her little naughty girlfriend comment... He knows how much she likes her hair to be comb nicely and keep it like that always...

'Sorry but u know I can't help it girlfriend...

So how r u doing on this beautiful day...' Armaan asked as he move and kiss her forehead...

'Boyfriend, tumhe toh sab kuch pata hai...

Toh baar baar poochne se kiya hoga... Jo meri haalat hai wohi sach haina ki I m not progressing from last one year and it is dropping day by day...' Minnie said...

This time, it was Armaan turn to make a pout face hearing her... Armaan really didn't want to lose her but knowing her case very well, Armaan knows she was saying the truth... Minnie knows every detail about her health and it wasn't hiden from her... He wonder how she always manage a smile on her face knowing her life would be ending in any day or any minute...

Minnie always make everyone laugh and keep happy, never feel sorry for herself knowing she has cancer in 2^nd stage... She knows doctors were doing their best to give some more months and days to live her... Minnie was an orphan whose parents had dead in a car accident...

So from the day she was shifted here Sanjeevani for her treatment, Armaan took all the responsibility on his hands and he gives her every possible treatment for her... As Armaan was lost staring at Minnie, Minnie hit her forehead dramatically seeing her boyfriend lost in his world...

'Boyfriend...' Minnie call him shaking him...

Armaan move close to her hugging her and Minnie smile hugging him back... Minnie knows how much Armaan is attach to her and how he was doing his best to give her few more days to live...

'I will try to make u live much more then those report say u can...' Armaan whisper softly not to let Minnie hear this...

Riddhima who was checking a boy name Druv, look around to see Armaan hugging Minnie... Riddhima didn't see this before as she was too busy doing her work and seeing Druv lost in somewhere, she follow his gaze and saw Armaan with Minnie...

Riddhima hadn't seen Armaan being so close to any patient before and she was standing there admiring them how Armaan was making Minnie smile every minute of her life... Riddhima had read Minnie case and she felt sad for her but she knows only they can do was give her the treatment and leave everything else to god...

When Riddhima was busy admiring Armaan and Minnie as Armaan now got hold of Minnie, tickling her and now making Minnie sit on his lap as he hugs her as if saying he wouldn't let anything happen to her... Minnie turn around facing Armaan kissing his cheeks making him smile wide showing his dimple as he kiss her temple making her giggle as they sit resting their forehead against each other...

'Armaan Bhaiyya bohot acche haina...'Riddhima trace were broke by Druv who spoke...

Druv was 9years old that lives with his grandfather... Druv case were little unique but later, it took another turn making everyone shocked that he was having diabetes in this very young age...

Druv never talk to anyone as he first was bring there by his grandfather... He rarely talks to his grandfather even... Later they came to know why he was shutting everyone away as his father got married to someone after his mother death and he was not getting time for Druv...

It result, as Druv to shut everyone around him thinking one day everyone would leave him and ignore him... Even this case were handle by Armaan personally...

'Didi...' Druv call Riddhima when she was lost looking at him...

'Haan...' Riddhima said smiling to him...

'Aapne jawab kyun nehi diya...' Druv asked...

'Kyunki mujhe tumhari Armaan bhaiyya ke baare main zyada nehi pata na issiliyeh...' Riddhima said next to Druv...

'Woh toh hai... But I know aap bhi bohot acche ho...' Druv said...

'Really...' Riddhima asked as she finishing giving injection to Druv...

'Really, issiliyeh toh main aapse injection lagwaata hoon... Nehi toh Armaan bhaiyya ke alawa koi mujhe injection nehi laga sakta...' Druv said...

'Itna dard hota hai...' Riddhima ask rubbing the place where she gave him injection...

'Jab aap aur Armaan Bhaiyya lagate hai toh kuch feel hi nahi hota...' Druv said smiling to her...

'Awww... Because u r very strong boy Druv...' Riddhima said hugging him...

'And u r very good doctor Riddhima Didi...' Druv said hugging her back and Riddhima smile kissing his hair...

As Riddhima was busy with Druv, one pair of eyes were admiring them... Smile was on his face as he was watching how Druv let Riddhima give him injection as he knows Druv wouldn't let anyone else inject him other them him not even other Doctors...

Armaan who was checking Minnie temperature look back towards Minnie as the time was up, saw that she was having little temperature...

'Sister...' Armaan and Riddhima call the nurse at the same time...

As Armaan and Riddhima call the nurse at the same time, they look at each other as their eyes met... Nurse turn around to look at them and seeing they were lost in each other, she went from there to do her work leaving Armaan and Riddhima lost in their own world...
