But I do have to agree with you.. In Mumbai there is this place or rather most of the places now vouch for MINERAL water Pani puris.

I had it at ELKO market near linking road Bandra and survived...😉 So any NRIs wanting to try Pani puri in Mumbai Elko market is the famous one. With lots of FILMI crowd visiting...it too
