Okay! This one is for Anku aka akankshaArsha. She wanted me to write something on his plot. This is My Version of after effects of Rey taunting Kria🤢. about that agreeing to the NYDA clauses for the contract.
And Anku, I am extremely sorry for the delay. I really am.
Desired emotion
Kria went numb the moment those words slipped out of his mouth. That was unbelievable. He was behaving like a stubborn kid. Everything has to be first revealed to him and no one else. It wasn't that she was not going to tell him about it. In fact she was there to explain him. To let him know under what circumstances has she decided to take up this decision, To agree to it. But he was being rude. Yes, rude! Rude because she had reasons to opt for the decision - to agree to the NYDA contract clauses, And without even listening to her he declared her decision to be wrong.
He turned to leave. But she held his shoulder. She wasn't going to take this insult. Being in a relationship doesn't mean one has tolerate - everything and anything. "Wait! I am not yet done."
"I don't think I have anything to listen to" He looked up at her, uninterestingly. That uninteresting look of his on her pricked her. She felt non-worthy. Before starting she exhaled, heavily. "You don't have to do me a favour. Never do anything for me, when you don't agree to it. All I can say is just do whatever you want to." She paused before letting out those final words, "And I will try not to bother you again. I won't make times tougher for you, ever." And she left.

All he could get was a glimpse of her eyes. There was so much of pain, regret, disappointment. And he was the reason to it. While his heart ached to reach up to her, his head, his big-fat ego stood against it. He still thought of his words, his action to be right. He was right, he thought. But Her words kept ringing in his ears. Those words made him think over the situation from her perspective. The glimpse of her teary upset eyes made him feel the guilt. The ones he had always wanted to look into with the glint of mischief and happiness in them were replaced by hurt.
He rolled onto the bed. Alas! Nothing was of any help. He just couldn't stop thinking of her. Those words, those eyes. Nothing at all! He wanted to rip his head off. His mind versus brain game proved to be quite disastrous for him. Throwing the pillow to one end of the room, he furiously got off the bed.
This is crazy. I should talk to her. Yes! That's the only way out of this.
He made up his mind to give her call. But then he just couldn't.

His arms wrapped around her perfectly. Protected. That's how she felt in his arms, in his presence. Safe. She looked into those chocolate brown orbs reflecting regret. His palms traced the dried tears and a hurtful emotion took over his blank face. His arms slid over her waist, engulfing her into a warm hug. And soon..
Her world came crashing down as she kissed the floor with her arms blocked at the pillow. She was beautifully dreaming. Cursing the caller enormous times, She spared a glance at the caller ID. Her Face flushed. She received the call and confirmed her flight timings and other details. She got her tickets booked for New York. It was her travel agent's call. She had to leave for New York the very next day. She had to. It was for their dreams, His dreams. Everyone had high hopes from the affiliation. For some it was a career path ahead, for some - anend to their problems. But it all had the same Passion among them. She thought of them when she felt weak. It wasn't easy. Especially when he wasn'twith her. She made up her mind. She wasn't goingto fall weak. She cannot. She let out a deep sigh. She should stop expecting, probably.
She stared at the dark sky. Though stars glittered beautifully in the sky. Yet It felt incomplete without the moon. It so resembled her life. Just as she had an incomplete life, incomplete existence without him.
Maybe, I was meant to be incomplete. Forever!
And with that thought she closed her eyes shut. It was burning.

Rey got his suspension cancelled. He was happy and thus, quickly went to his friends. But his eyes wandered just to catch a glimpse of her. When he couldn't, he asked Swayam - who again was clueless about Kria's whereabouts. After asking everyone he went to a distant corner, dialing her number.
Switched off!! He thought of visiting her place for once. Only for his satisfaction. He drove to her place only to find her atvher door step with her luggage. She was about to lock the door.
The only thing that rang into his ears were..
And I will try not to bother you again. I won't make times tougher for you, ever.
Suddenly a lot of questions popped in his head.He looked ather, studying walk aimlessly. Her head raised a little and her eyes.. still the same. Painful. Their eyes locked for a moment. And she soon looked elsewhere trying to wipe off the layer of moist. She stood in front of him and sniffed, asking him, "What made you come his way?"
"You!" He utter instantly. "Where are you going?" His voice decieved so much of uneasiness. He wasn't able to talk to her and the reason was still unrealized.
"Back. Back to New York. The place where I belong."
"You don't belong to that place." Hesaid firmly.
"Stop interfering in my life, Rey."
"It isn'tjust yours. Each decision of yours affects us. It affects me equally." He held herface in his palms with his eyes bored at hers.
"Leave me, Rey." She shrugged away his hands annoyingly. While she moved ahead, he held her wrist. Pulling her back, he intently looked at her. His eyes pooled various emotions. And his lips melted against hers.
She pushed him with all her strength, "Stop this Rey."
"Kria.." he started while she didn't let him complete.
"Rey, let's not make it difficult for neither of us." She got rid of his hold and walked a few more steps when he approached her, again!
"You can't leave me like this. Not again." He would be left shattered if she left him, and that was reflected in his words.
"I just don't want to make things more difficult for you. If I leave you don't have to unwillingly agree to my decisions." She said those words with a heavy heart. Leaving him wasn't easy for her either. But then she had nothing to stay back for.
His eyes instantly shut. He could read the underlying meaning to her words. She was hurt. But then why New York!
"Look I know you are upset. You are upset because I was a bit rude to you. But that doesn't mean that every time you are upset with me, you will leave for New York. I won't be able to come running behind you always." He tried to be normal. He tried to make things normal for her.
Bit Rude! He really thinks it that way. She fumed at his usage of words. He was height to the limit of tolerance. She had to knock some senses into his empty head shell.
And with that mere thought she pulled him inside the apartment, once she got rid of the lock. Slamming the door behind, she pushed him to the wall side. He looked at her with terror stricken eyes with her palms resting on either side as she continued to glare back at him.
"Are you done with the so called bit rude shit?" She queried before pouring out all her frustration at him. And he soon recovered the terror, looking attentively at her.
"You think you were a bit rude to me? I mean really. You literally went on taunting me and you expect me not to react. What should I do? Just listen to you? Listen to all your insensitive crap, just because I love you? And above all you keep sticking that favourite dialogue of yours' Just because I love you, I am doing this.. I am doing that..' Err.. I am fed up of this!" She pulled the strands of hair out of frustration.
"Listen Rey!" She faced him with her index finger pointed at him, "I can't handle this anymore. So it's better I go back to the place where I can at least live without your favours'." And unexpectedly, he kissed the tip of her finger. Her eyes grew wider.
"Rey stop behaving like a naive all the time. Can you make your mind work on track rather than going elsewhere? It is pretty much irritating at times." She sighed.
"Kria.. at least.." She raised her palm indicating him to stop. She wasn't ready to listen, anything from him.
"Rey, if you have got problems with me.. Its better I leave. It's not mandatory that we stick to each other till the end." He had enough of this. Fine, he did a few mistakes. But he cannot be perfect. No one is. That doesn't mean he has problems with others, especially her.
"Stop this crap, Kria" He yelled back at her holding her arms. "I agree to it, that it was wrong on my part to have spoken to you so rudely. But that doesn't mean I have problems with you. I can never have one." His said as those words spilled out of his gritting teeth and he tried to calm his nerves. "I apologize Kria. Can't you forgive me?"
"Forgive you for what Rey?" He passed a puzzled look to her. "You will keep hurting me! Taunting me! Even without listening to me in the first place. And then you will ask me to forgive you. Why should I? For what all should I forgive you? And for how many times will I have to forgive you?" His eyes lowered to the floor. He couldn't match them up with hers. Somewhere, he knew she made sense. She was right.
"Kria, I am really sorry. I won't repeat it. Please don't leave me like this. You know I act like a stupid at times. But for that you can't leave me. You know I love you, and you love me too, right?" His trembling words depicted the pain that the mere thought of losing her gave him.
"There's no point in discussing this. I really need to go." She ignored the emotions that were building up within her.
"I won't let you go." He declared. He was known to be stubborn and today, he would prove to be stubborn. He can't let her walk away with a broken heart. Not without connecting the loose ends. He pulled her into a hug, as he purred into her ears, "I need you in my life. I want to spend my life with you, holding your hand in mine. I don't even want to imagine my life without." And a fresh drop of tear touched the dropped on to her bare shoulder. It touched her heart, her soul. Those words! those emotions.
"But I have to go. It's for the affiliation purpose." She said with a sigh while embracing into his arms, deeper. "Can't we delay it?"
"Maybe for a day, but eventually I have to go."
"Fine! But you will spend the entire day with me, then"
Agreeing to his demand, She mischievously said, "Well, I never knew that the impulsive Rey can be emotional as well." And her brows arched at him.
"But I thought you liked me that way. And not fighting or arguing." His pout made her forget things for a moment. He knew exactly what was needed to make her melt. And with a playful punch on his chest, she laughed at his tactics.
"Enough! Rey, I seriously need to go. And yeah! No more drama, Not outside at least." She warned him only to make him grin. She was clueless about the change in his behaviour.
"That means anything I do here, you won't mind." He questioned her before proceeding a step further. And soon his lips met its destined junction.
That's it. Rest all is left to your imaginations. You can proceed with whatever you all want to. 😛
