So after all the hullabaloo this morning, I finally managed to watch this episode again with a calm and composed mind. *Believe me it was needed*
So lets starts off with the first scene. Aliyah recalls the events that had transpired earlier on in the day. She questions Zain "why did you say sorry"? The apology was not needed and that Suraiya had a misconception. Zain explains how questioning a character can be one of the biggest crimes in a relationship. Now this is where I flipped - Zain says that if i ever doubt you in the future then I do not deserve to be called your shauher. *Now who in their right mind not take this as a red flag?" lol Anyway they share a cute moment and they look absolutely adorable.
The next morning Zain wakes up and the first thing he sees is - Aliyah doing namaaz (looking divine). His only wish is that he sees her doing Namaaz every morning. Just the romantic thought behind it makes you squeal.
So now here comes the second scene where I flip again: Zubbu writes a text message which can be interpreted in so many different ways and one indication of this text is that Zubbu and Aluu may have been involved in Usmaan's accident.
So now they have started to layout the game plan. 1. Zubbu asking aliyah to send Usmaan over and he will take care of all the "WORK" 2. Usmaan was not going to go to the office today, yet Aliyah insists, which is witnessed by Suraiya. 3. Zubbu leaves the office to do something and Rizwan is not with him for the entire duration.
So now after watching all of this.. who in their right mind would not assume this is about to get shittier?
Zain and Aliya arrive at a wedding (which Usmaan had asked them to go to) They meet two small kids, Kabir and Zara, who are alone and waiting on their "PAAPI" (In my head i had one reaction - W*F is PAAPI?) Naam hi paapiyon wala hai .. kaam bhi waise hi honge. Anyway so they start dance on tumse milke dil ka hai jo haal. Loved to see Preetika dance on her sister's (Amrita Rao) song. Preetika literally SAVED the dance from being a disaster because the choreography was horrible and Harshad (shakes head) the least I say the better - but i wont leave without saying OUR PAPPU cant dance saala 😆
So now we are at the stage where everything is about to become one hot mess. You have horrible editing. It goes from one scene to the next with no flow. Aliyah sees the two kids running out and just to make sure they reach their guardian safely she decides to follow - she informs Zain before leaving.
Suddenly you have a helmet waale ki entry that too on Tum bin song ... this is it.. how many more cameos do we have to deal with? The editor is confused I think.. there was no need to give him special hero waali entry. Ok so as Aliyah assures herself that the kids reached their right destination and that they are safe.. she goes back to dance with Zain. Editing was soo bad that you didnt get heads or tails of it till you watched it the second time around.
Meanwhile, you see Usmaan who is in a lift and is about to face a horrible accident.
Zain being the modern bahu of this show senses that his father has called out for him and he goes running. Aliyah follows Zain.
