The story may belong to Anandi- Shiv or Jagya - Ganga, but that does not mean that everything has to be done by them only. A little fact finding or argument is better than a filmy track. Where is the need to show in detail of Police investigation? A little scene or some shots will be enough, or they can even show police giving details of the case to the lawyer and through lawyer's arguments, viewers know what the investigation report said.
Shiv brought Payal out of nowhere, Ganga just went and Sanchi blurted out the truth (this was the girl who fooled everybody, but readily informed Ganga about her secret) or the court has completed the arguments, suddenly they allowed a girl (who was lying in coma so far and certainly was not in a condition to endure the travel to court and repeat her ordeal) to record her statement and then the heros set out in mission and found the phone in no time - do really people want only such things?
In departmental inquiry - the office staff and Shiv has to provide evidence and arguments - in real inquiry - even the complainant would be examined - and they can show Rasika faltering under questioning. If the case goes to court - the police has to submit evidence and the witness (that may include Anandi) should infrom what they know. Even the lawyers do not go to investigate - their job is to present the case with arguments according to law (any previous case decided on the same lines, any precedence etc.).
I know how departmental inquiries are conducted we do conduct inquires in our department so far we have been fortunate that we did not come across sexual harassment complaints but we do deal with disputes between staff members.
I only said I don't want to see excessive detailing what police and forensic experts do to investigate the ase.Didn't say that only Anandi and Shiv should do it. I don't know about others but I am more interested in seeing how Anandi and Shiv put the pieces together and come up with the full picture.
Let the police do their duty but I do want to see Anandi Shiv coming up with their own points to argue their case in a logical manner.
Police have to submit evidence to the court.I know that too. What is the problem if Anandi and Shiv actively search for clues and evidences to strengthen their case ???
Lawyers don't go around looking for evidence but they do go thru the case to see what are all the kinds of evidences that will help the case and help the clients get those evidences if possible. So where is the harm if Anandi and Shiv try to gather evidence and do their own investigation?
If the accused/victims are familiar with procedures of law they can even argue their own case without hiring lawyers even in real world.I won't mind Anandi doing that for Shiv or Shiv himself arguing his case.It is acceptable in courts too.
As far as the story is concerned it is Anandi and Shiv's story and it should be shown from their perspective and what they did to get out of this trouble in a logical convincing manner for that there don't need to show that police investigation. All they need to do is mention about the investigation.
They already told Rasika in police station that they are investigating that case. When the police are ther at the hospital where Narendra was admitted do we need to be told specifically that post mortem has been done???I think the fact that the police are on to the case is enough.
As for theenquiry they have been talking about the department enquiry for a while it is quite possible that they gathered evidence against or for Shiv and Rasika.
Shiv has already gone to face the enquiry committee why not wait for what they are going to show?
