It was mentioned that Tanveer adopted Aahil from an orphanage but the love she shows for him makes me feel like he could be her illegitimate son. Because she was pregnant before Zoya got pregnant and then they never showed her kid, and her kid should be older than Sanam.

Could Aahil be Haya's half brother?

She peobably had her kid left him at orphanage thats whu she never showed than when she marroed the nawab after killing asya, she adopted him and everyoneay think he isnt really her son but in fact he is. Idkkk.. could very well be immi and billis son.

No. Ahil not adopted by tanveer. Ahil is nawab's son.

she adopted rahaan in orphanage. I think he is her real son.

No aahil nawabs son tanveer was aahils step mom
rehaan was adopted by tanveer so may be he is tanveer own son

Then maybe she was referring to Rehan when she was asking bari begum for the will and said shes doing all this for her son.

And maybe thats the reason why she makes Rehan stay with Aahil all the time to keep a check on him.
