I second that...I really love Kajol..just for her dignity and self respect. She is the one with whom no one can mess.. She refused KANK and it went ot Rani..Kajol has strong sense of what films she wants to do and she does nto go by the rule that it is yeah raj movie so I can be there for just 5 minutes so that I can get their next movie.

She left movies at the high point of her career...So I really like her...

As for Rani not working with Ajay well now shew only works for Aditya...right.

i like kajol better too...but i didnt know that she said no to KANK...if she did..i must say she has a really good choice and doesnt just sign a movie looking at the director..

Kajol refused KANK b/c it was too controversial and against her principles but the cast who acted did condemn infidelity and the movie's purpose was not to glorify it in any manner but just to make ppl aware of it from the other POV. So Kajol is just a less of a risk taker and she knew Fanaa would attract an audience as it was her first time opposite Aamir. So it was just a clever tactical move. Fanaa was controversial too with the terrorist plot but her character was shown as patriotic so she did not have to worry.

So if Rani is meant to choose films soley based on who the director is then she would not have refused Ajay as he is family. Maybe she genuinely does not feel the film is worth doing. Besides it seems like Kajol is only remembering her cousin when she needs her as otherwise she is not supportive of Rani. Only now that Rani is a success has she started to say nice things about her.

I adore both Kajol and Rani but Kajol is a lil overrated. She has had 5 big blockbusters with SRK and so she is meant to be better. Rani has amazing chemistry with every single co-star she works with, she is more versatile. She even has better on-screen chemistry with Ajay! And i liked Fanaa but i did not think Aamir-Kajol made a khaas jodi at all.
