The episode begins with Devyani asking Rajbanna if she can start her Vedic work again, he agrees for it. Rajbanna asks her if she wants to do it from here or she can use their office that has been closed for a while. She says that she wants to do it from her dad's house as it will be easier because her patients know that place and that everything she needs is there. He agrees. She gets worried thinking if anything bad will happen or if anyone will have any objection. He assures he that he is with her and that nothing will go wrong. She asks him if she can start tomorrow he agrees. Rajbanna asks her to inform Babhima she says that she wanted to ask you first then she will go and tell her. Scene then shifts to Naitik and Naksh, Naitik tires to cheer up Naksh who seems a bit down. Akshara then comes and gives him some fruits to try, she says that she will give this in his lunch tomorrow when he goes to school. Naksh gets sad. In school the coach of the football team Ruhan is shown announcing that there will be a match between the people in school uniform and people in their football team. He divides them up and notices that there aren't enough people. When he asks his colleague about it he gets to know that some kids haven't come to school today. He gets angry. In SS Devyani is sown leaving for work. She asks Babhima is she is okay with it.
Devyani before going takes Babhima's blessings and gives Akshara medicine that she made for Naksh. Muskaan asks if she can go with her but Devyani refuses. She goes. In Maheshwari's house Shaurya gets disappointed as the badminton rackets have broken. Anayana then comes and gives them the idea of playing with mosquito killing racket. Vishmaber and otters agree saying its a good idea. Back to SS Muskaan suggests to Akshara to take Naksh to the park after the sun has gone down so that he can enjoy a bit, she agrees. They reach the park. Muskaan and Akshara suggest playing hide and seek. They hide and Naksh counts. As he is about to go and search for them he notices some kids playing football he goes and plays with them. Akshara gets worried and goes to search for him. She sees him playing football and goes and scolds him for it. She asks Muskaan to go and clean him up. Ruhan is shown passing by he goes to Akshara. He asks her as to why she is preventing her son from having fun, he says that studies is important but it's necessary for a child to enjoy too. Akshara asks who he is he tells her. He tells her how Naksh doesn't play football with others in school and is always sad and alone. He says that he saw how good Naksh is at football and wanted him in the team but maybe cause he is afraid of you he doesn't play. Akshara gets angry and before she could say anything someone calls him and he goes. Naitik then phones her to ask her how Naksh is doing and whether he cheered up or not Akshara gets angry on him. She says sorry. She tells him about what Ruhan said to her.
Akshara says that she will go and talk to Ruhan in school tomorrow. She is about to keep the phone but Naitik asks her to keep it on so that he can also feel that he is there with them. The are shown having fun in the park. In SS Devyani reaches late she comes and apologises to Babhima for it but she tells he that it's okay as Akshara has done all the work before going. Babhima and Devyani praise Akshara saying that she does all the work without any hesitation, Babhima says that she has spoken to some people and also to Rajshree about hiring a new chef they hope that they will find one soon. Scene then shifts to Naksh. Akshara comes and asks him to d his homework but he refuses saying that he is not well and will do it whe he goes back to school afterwards. Akshara says that he has to do it now and that he wil go to school tomorrow. She goes. Then he phones up Yash and him Yash and Anayana have a chat over the phone. Yash tells him about the football match that took place today at school. Naksh gets sad thinking that if he was there he could have played. Anayana tells him that they will speak to the coach tomorrow and if he agrees it's good and if not they can play badminton. She talks about how much fun she is having playing badminton at home, Yash aslo talks about going to the mall earlier. Naksh gets upset thinking that his life has become boring as he is confided to do things.
Devayni and Muskaan are shown talking. Devynai asks Muskaan to look after everyone here while she is at work especially Askahra and Naksh, she tells he to spend time with them. Muskaan assure her that she will. Devynai tells he that Askshara is the reason for her being with her kids today and is also the reason behind her getting so much love and respect in this house. In Maheshwari's house Rajshree is shown getting missed calls from some unknown number. She tells Vishamber about it. He phones up and scolds that person for annoying his wife, as he talking he gets to know it her brother Ratan. He gets embarrassed. Rattan tells him that he has been trying to call since evening but not getting through. He says that he changed his number. Rajshree takes over and explains to him what happened. In SS the alarm goes off in Akshara's phone, when asked she tells them that it's a reminder she has set to remind her to give Naksh injection. She gets sad thinking that she can't do it. She says that she has been noticing how Naksh is behaving since the last few days. She says that she is worried that one day Naksh will hate her. Naksh is shown listening to their convo. He comes and asks Akshara to give him the injection, he says that he will not do any drama and will take it like a good boy. Akshara gives it to him. He says that he hates injection but loves his mum. Akshara and Naksh hug.
Naksh is shown playing football in his room with the utensils. Akshara and Naitik pass by and see him. They wish that some miracle could happen which would make him alright and enable him to play football. Naitik tells her that she should go and talk to the coach tomorrow as it's not right what he said today. Akshara says it doesn't matter anymore. Naitik says that they have to as he doesn't want him to say anything that might hurt Naksh. It's morning. Akshara drops Naksh to school and goes to talk to the coach, they have an argument. Ruhan tells her off for not allowing Naksh to play football. Akshara say that she knows how it feels when your dreams shatter. She says since the day Naksh found out about you he wanted to be just like you but says that she can't allow him to play football as he has diabetes and the doctor has forbidden him from playing such games which will tire him out.
Precap: Teacher tells Naksh he has been selected for the team. Akshara gets happy and tells him she is proud of him...she asks him what his decision is...Naksh looks sad.
