First Class Judicial Magistrate of Indore Court R.P. Soni on January 7 under section 138 of negotiable Instrument Act and 419, 420 of IPC issued an arrest warrant against Jackie Shorff in a cheque bouncing case filed by a financier Mahendra Singh Bedi, who had financed his films Boom under production project Sandhya. Bedi's counsel however refused to disclose the amount for which the actor had issued the cheque.
