Gaurav’s msg in his fan club in IF

Gaurav left a msg which is interessting for LRL's viewers in his fan club in IF,

Hi :) :) shweta, that was a fantastic topic. . Made me think of a million moments, scenes, lines. . Yes, i miss samay too. . Ive been told by the creative head Of adhm that he terribly misses him. . He reasoned that by the time we shut down, samay s emotional journey had made him a real person. . Almost like a life like statue. . . 4m being larger than life he had become real. . In his love, his vulnerability, his insecurities. . Thats y we miss him. . We miss him like we knew him. . Wen i said yes to abhi , my foremost reason was that he was extremely varied, different 4m my prior characters, needed me to go against my normal instinct in a scene. . I had to not play to the audience, not be larger than life, not stress on lines 4 impact. . ie - ''ive come here to band bajao naveen s killer'' was said without even lookin up. . No gaze, intensity. . Not playing to the gallery. . Had to be easy, pleasant. . Cool. . but there are gr8 scenes coming. . Ive already shot some of them. . And lookin 4ward to shooting the rest. . Hope u find association with abhi soon. . Also, to all the members here. . The way u guys hv analysed, discussed, understood adhm and my performances was way way way more superior to the other forums, which thrive on just a fanbase. . u guys. . My fans hv criticised as well. . And thats wot ive loved always. . Its like having a true , intelligent, honest friend. . Id say, keep doing that. . Shwetal normally analysis the episode on the lrl forum. . It would be nice if u guys wd do the same or participate in the topic. . Remember, if we are more matured, sensible, articulate and observant then we will only be able to enjoy conversations with the same kind of people. . So, keep up the good job. . Gaurav is as wordy-nerdy as his fans.

I prefer someone who speaks simpler language.
We are not discussing serious issues here but hindi tv serials which are one of the most silly but popular phenomena of this world.
And Abhi character is nothing but a big Dikhawa - show-off. 😡

And that which is very popular and therefore shapes attitudes deserves serious comment, dont you think?

As for Abhi, i dont think he is a show off... i think he is a very interesting character with layers and layers to him. 😊

If we build our attitudes based on hindi tv serials - then God help us and our next generation. (Do not forget that 80% of TV serials are Kekta serials)

The character of Abhi has been scripted to be larger than life. And though Gaurav is denying, He is playing the character in a "Larger than life way".

Sunaina you would be surprised but not everyone is as rational as you are...

Most people are unconsciously influenced by the media around them... they pick up attitudes, prejudices, opinions, fashion styles and ways of thinking...

And cinema and tv serials form a huge part of this media invasion....

thats why there are depts of cinema and television studies, which try to analyse and understand this influence...

I dont think so... if you want to see Gaurav play larger than life, watch the initial episodes of Samay Khurana in Aisa Des Hai Mera... that was larger than life... in fact, it was so intense that most of Gaurav's fans are missing Samay and desperately looking for him in Abhimanyu. 😊
