Kasturi’s possible future scenarios.. - Page 2

i luv wat u said... i hope kekta does something different this time... and dil story will b very interesting! I dont think Kasturi's family will b against her... dey mght b initially... but i am sure dat alka and her daughter in law will make a big mess of the whole thing!

This is what i think will actually happen looking at how Kekta mai's serials normally progress:

Robbie's mom will try and develop some complications for Raunka's family. they will separate out. Raunak will turn negative and try to take revenge. SO he will somehow or the other coax Kasturi's parents to get her married to him. In any case Robbie's mom will never agree to Robbie's and Kasturi's marriage. And Kasturi like a good, well mannered, obedient middle class girl will get married to Raunak.

Robbie meanwhile will be heartbroken, sing sad love songs and be all engrossed in concerts. His mom's all efforts in getting him married to whoever that girl is Ipshita will fail until she will finally realise that what she did with Kasturi and RObbie was not fair, but its too late now.

Then will start the story.....somehow in later episodes probably Raunak will die which will again bring Robbie and Kasturi together. But just in the nick of time, Raunak will reappear probably after some plastic surgery.

I seriously don't want the episode to go this way but if you get RObie and Kasturi married now, then the episode will loose TRPs, so Kekti mai will do everything to see that these two love birds don't come together.

Another angle could be that Kasturi gets pregnant with RObbie's child. Robbie is not aware of it and Robbie's mom plays it dirty. So Kasturi left with no choice than to accept Raunak's proposal of getting maried to him to save herself and her family from this shame.

Then when Robbie comes to know the truth, he is angry with his mom. He tries to ask Kasturi for forgiveness but its too late now. So he goes into a shell. And then Raunak dies, this brings Robbie and Kasturi close once again etc etc etccccccccccc

The story can go on and on and on.......there is no end to Kekta's imagination

As part of the mass audience, there are only so many misunderstandings, love triangles, saas-bahu insanity, separations and ex-love storylines that I can take. Aww…that sounds wonderful. You know how your family wants you to join Film School, I agree with them, go there and then, you can become this fabulous director and give me the above scenario.

The idea sounds fabulous and for Kasturi, the girl who has loved her family, lives for them and puts their happiness ahead of her own, how does she deal with the transformation that takes place within her to fight and still stay true to herself. I know that serials are all about the drama effect but how about internal drama. To me, that sort of drama can be riveting because there are so many layers to unfold. Meanwhile for Robbie, who has a vastly different childhood from Kasturi, the concept of love and family togetherness are a bit foreign to him and things pretty much get handed to him easily finds out, that those materialistic objects aren't what matters most. Sometimes in life, you have to fight for things and while it's a struggle, the endgame is pretty rewarding.

Btw, the expression "ghissi pitti hui", I have never heard it but I'm LMAO!

First of all, you're not being a dimwit because despite my better judgement, I have hopes for this serial. So if this ends up being the typical Ekta serial, we can hang, listen to Mitwa and be completely frustrated.

Regarding the Yeh Vaada Raha concept, reading that thread, someone mentioned that maybe Kasturi is not the one who has it, that it's Robbie which would be interesting. Let's just say for one moment that they actually do end up on this track, I don't know who I want to have the amnesia.

If Robbie, I see Kasturi letting go because she thinks it's for the best and somehow meant to be but something always pushes him to her even if he doesn't remember her. Could you imagine the drama of him always talking to her and not understanding the connection/pull he feels towards her? 😳

If Kasturi, I see Robbie trying all attempts for her to remember which would be fabulous to watch. Imagine the poor boy's emotional turmoil clearly shown in his eyes. *sighs*

I think your ideas are fabulous and they can be incorporated into the current track, it's just a matter of execution. Honestly at the end of day, as a viewer, I want a storyline that entertains, not makes me miserable because if that happens, I turn it off.

Whew, that was long and hopefully made some sense. 😛

skylar i completely agree with you..!!! the point is i guess ekta is scared to make changes cuz she wants some money and business..she doesnt wanna try anything new cuz..most of us..even if the serial totally is bad..v c it..out of habbit!!! only if she cud not make kasturi like kasauti and kasamh se!!!!

We all know that this show is gonna go havoc at a certain point of time..so now i wanna just enjoy it..but would like to comment on what you said sana..The yeh vaada raha storyline would be good..that is,with amnesia instead and if robbie has it instead.Just imagine robbie having amnesia..
If robbie has it:He would hate her all over again..and again the attraction 😳
And if Kasturi has it:Robbie would be the tadpa hua sa..you know the song..tadap tadap ke is dil se..perfect song 4 that situation I'd say..
Ahh..How I wish either of this happened..Not that I like Robbie to me heartbroken and all 😭 but that Robbie looks really good when he's emotional! 😳 But ekta..she just cant be trusted..its best that we just wait and watch what happens..thats exactly what im gonna do..

Aww.. U guys are so sweet to comment and leave such valuable input and amazing ideas!! From skylar to anu.. I read and concur with each and everyone of your thoughts.. U guys said it the best!! The best way to garner TRPs is to have as much crazy twists and turns as u can. It's all about $$$$ in this business. But what I don't get is the "not taking risks" portion of it! As somewhat of a creative person, I like to do different things and take on risks just to have variety. Look what happened to Kasamh Se. That was my 1st indian soap that I watched and since Oct of 2006, I've been so fed up of it that I dont even like it anymore. They ruined it with extra marital affairs.. Same goes for KZK. How many marriages can Prerna have there? How many times is she going to fall in love? Just retarded!!

I also agree that if the lead couple was to get married right away, then u're playing a big gamble. So ok, dont do that! Take a different route then. We have given so many ideas here.. Perhaps one of them would jog another innovative idea somewhere else that would still ensure good TRPs and keeping the audience happy as well. Mind you, the "Dil" movie scenario is not against families. It's against the arranged marriage but it does so in a respectful manner. And it's a reality these days that a lot of couples elope against their family's wishes. So why not show that part of reality as well? I am sure viewers' interest will remain intact! And since when does Ms. E care about the family values being portrayed on t.v? I dont see families where a sister-in-law will have an affair with their brother-in-law.. I have not come across scenarios where plastic surgery would change both the face and the height of the person.. I mean c'mon.. I am not saying that going against parent's wishes is a good thing to do but love is blind and it's a reality that things like these happen all the time these days..

To make a long story short, I am enjoying the fast pace of the drama extremely but I have a fear of the unknown in me. So my humble request to BT is to not ruin this show by having multiple marriages and affairs this time and to do something different, please? 😳
