There are indeed many speculations regarding the mystery room. My thought process is similar to one of the fellow Qhians, Sofna. I too think it is none but the Nawab locked in there. We all know that AAhil is too good to commit a murder. Possibly he wasn't ever killed. Tanveer has always been after the property. It is a possibility that though the house was burnt there might have been a will that suggested that the property belonged to Sanam/Seher. Or since everyone is considered dead or away Dilshaad sold the property to the Nawab who turns out to be a abusive father. Then Tannu might have wooed him into a relationship and also made AAhil his kitten. With him being locked and AAhil still guilty she under the guise of being a nice woman and aid from her siblings rules the house as the Begum Sahiba. Also, he is the only one who can have an adverse effect on Aahil.
