karan mehra lacks

Just now watched yesterdays episode & i felt like karan lacks energy & i dont think he has the vision how to play role
As an actor i do believe you prepare for the type of scene you are going to portray

I guess karan does not give much imporance for preparation

He was not at all convincing last night.He lacks passion, presence on screen, balance & vision

I think he is the best person to answer whether he still has the will/passion to give his best on a day to day basis
If he does not have he must be contemplating atleast resigning as Naitik
