Potter theme park plans revealed

Listen up, Harry Potter fans - a theme park inspired by the adventures of the boy wizard is set to open in America. The Wizarding World Of Harry Potter will open in Florida in 2009. Author JK Rowling said: "The plans I've seen are very exciting." The people behind the park say kids will be able to "experience the world of Harry Potter in person". They say there will be attractions based on Hogwarts, Hogsmeade and the Forbidden Forest.

As you'd expect from a top theme park, there will be fun-packed rides. But planners are also talking about a mysterious attraction "that will bring the magic, characters and stories of Harry Potter to life in an exciting way that guests have never before experienced". Visitors will also be able to snack on stuff inspired by the unusual food popular with Harry and his pals.
