I was watching news. Then saw Akhilesh yadav, the Chief minister of UP. He dialect similar to Rajas.
He did his graduation from Australia,but his Hindi is not urban type dialect,but his regional type.
Even i found many national leaders hindi speaking style also similar to gaouwala Hindi,even though they speak English well
So raja's speaking style is acceptable😆.Just one default that do not use the typical regional words its meaning is difficult to understand.
Not only raja, specifically Baiji also,just little slow down needed
