is kasturi is down markit????

y so many people call her downmarkit becoz she wear salwar khaamz even pooja she iz married but still hv boyfrds she also think tht kasturi so

i saw in many serials the one who wear simple dress they call her downmarkit or old fashion those who wear skirts is called fashion

i duntknw y so many people think showing body is fashion ??? manybe u all also think is rite.........

itz a way of bashing main character in serials........so they can show dem down eventho dey r not sure about themselves either......

i know its not rite its quite mean to call sumone downmarket cheap or benji but what can we do about it we can't go explaning everyone but for ourselves we must remember everyone is good no one is bad

no shes isnt down market at all...its just a way of being rude to the main character hence it is used a lot in serials 😕 but i agree with u, showing body is not fashion...but i think they shud find aome other phrase

😆 nobody in the forum called kasturi down market or anything, infact this is the most friendliest forum i have come across 😊....in the seriel everyone connected with robbie calls her that, not anybody in the forum.

ummm..i think ppl call her downmarket coz she is middle class..n works as a secretary...she is worried abt her family n is a ideal daughter i guess for that she is called dowmarket..but i dont think she is downmarket

Hmm in the real world also these words like bhenji etc are used ...basically they call traditional ppl who dont change their fashion or style regularly downmarket i think, and the world robbie is in, it has soo much to do with fasion, style, etc., so since they are always amidst these fashionable ppl, they just cant digest simple ppl and simple dressing. It all just about perception i guess.

But i dont thik there is anything wrong in wearing salwar kameez, it is a traditional indian wear and some ppl prefer to be simple...they prefer not to waste much time standing in front of the mirror and dressing, etc., instead focus on other important things in life. And just cos they dont have interest in all this, u cant call them downmarket and stuff. If thats the case, ppl who focus too much on beauty and stuff can also be called stuff like 'wannabes', etc. na. And its not because kasturi is poor and she cant afford to buy better clothes she is wearing salwar, as someone said, nowadays even middle class ppl dress fashionably. Look at kasturi's sister, she is always dressed fashionably. But if kasturi is not dressed similarly, its just cos she doesnt prefer to, thats all. So in the end, it is a person's choice how he/she wants to dress 😊 .

i don't think she's down market, in fact i think through her personality she is downright classy
