Mansen, Gurvanti and Yuv are discusiing their plan, when Bhoomi comes to the door. All are surprised to see her there. She comes in and asks Mansen about Dr. Wali and the reports. She tells Mansen that he should have told her about Dr. Walia's visit. Yuv tells her that Dr. Walia did not bring any reports. Bhoomi tells them that Ghanu Kaka told her that Dr. Walia had come her with the reports. Mansen then tells her that they are still mourning for Arjun and maybe forgot to get the reports from Dr. Walia.
Bhoomi tells them that she will go see Dr. Walia herself and get the reports, as Shaku is worried. As she begins to leave she sees bits of paper on the floor, bends to pick them up, when Gurvanti gets angry at Mansen. She tells him that he was careless and he should go get the reports himself, as Bhoomi does not trust them.
Mansen calls Dr. Walia and asks about the reports. Bhoomi asks him to let her talk to Dr. Walia. Mansen hands her the phone, there is no one on the other side.
Bade Dadaji tells Sid to talk to Shaku as raising questions on Arjun's death can create a scandal. Sid tells him that Shaku feels something is very wrong.
Bhoomi again tells Mansen she will go to the clinic and collect the reports herself. Mansen tells her that Dr. Walia has said that Arjun's death was due to head injury. Gurvanti tells Bhoomi that she would go with her.
Coming downstairs, Gurvanti acts as though she has sprained her ankle, Bhoomi tells her she will not go and take care of her. Shaku comes there and tells Bhoomi to go and she would take care of Gurvanti. Bhoomi leaves, Shaku goes to get medication for Gurvanti. Gurvanti feels her plan has flopped and goes and informs Mansen and Yuv.
Bhoomi gets to the hospital. Asks the nurse about Dr. Walia and is told he is out of town. Bhoomi says she just spoke to Dr. Walia, when is told that Dr. Walia has left his mobile here.
Mansen calls the Dr.'s office and asks to speak with Bhoomi, with Bhoomi on the line, he says he is Dr. Walia and cannot meet her but he has checked Arjun's reports and Arjun's death was due to the head injury, and he would send the reports to her.
Yuv feels proud of his Dad for taking care of the situation. Mansen tells him that if had not then instead of getting the money and properties they would be sitting in Jail. Gurvanti tells them that what Bhoomi found out today, Shaku will soon find out and then she would no longer be suspicious.
Shaku comes there with the medications for Gurvanti and is surprised to see her standing. Gurvanti tells her she just wanted to rest so she came back to her room. Shaku insists that she put the medication.
Bhoomi gets home and Shaku asks her about the Dr.s meeting. Bhoomi tells her that she could not meet but spoke on the phone and the Dr. has said that Arjun's death was due to the head injury. Shaku tells her she still does not believe this to be true, thinking about Arjun not feeling well and brakes failing at the same time and tells Bhoomi something is wrong somewhere.
Mansen goes to see Bade Dadaji and tells him he would like to start going to the office from tomorrow. Bhoomi is still in mourning for Arjun and would not like to trouble her, so he wants to take all decisions himself. Bade Dadaji agrees, but tells him to keep in mind the good of all.
Bhoomi looks at Arjun's pic and is sad, when Shaku walks in and tells her that she (Bhoomi) is thinking of and missing Arjun but is trying to hide her pain for them. Bhoomi tells Shaku that Arjun lives within her soul. Shaku tells Bhoomi to start going to the office again.
Yuv and Mansen are at the office. Yuv is elated as they now have the total decision making power. He suggests to Mansen they sell off Goregoan Land, and keep all the money themselves, but tells Mansen that Bhoomi still has the Power of Attorney and she would not sign. Mansen tells Yuv we will play the same game with Bhoomi that she played with us.
Sid also tells Bhoomi to join the office. He tells her that she should fulfill Arjun's dreams he had about the business.
Mansen signs some papers, he signs his name then he does Bhoomi's signature. A guy comes in and Mansen tells him that the papers are ready and hand him the file. The guy hands over a cheque to Mansen. He goes thru the file and says that Bhoomika has also signed the papers.
Bhoomi walks in the office. (missed a few secs here so dont know if something happens or it ends there.)

Yuv tells Mansen and Gurvanti don't know how long luck will save Bhoomi. He tells them that today she was talking with Arjun's pic and telling him, that she will sit on this chair and take his position. Mansen tells Yuv that he knows how to stop Bhoomi from coming to the office.
