Inspector tells dev that if this girl had escaped from here, what was the need for her to return back, judge asks suhana if she has any witness ? she says yes its my husband Dr. Dev. She asks Dr.Dev whether he remembers that their marriage was on 10th Feb, he says not ours, MY marriage was on 10th feb. Suhana asks that after this marriage, u gave a name to your wife - u used to call her jaan, is it truth or not. He shouts that u are not my jaan, my jaan is dead. Judge declares that they will proceed next morning.
Today
Dev is sitting quite remembering suhana remiding him that he used to call her jaan after marriage. He is upset. His mom comes there and tells that she understands what his heart is going thru. He asks as to why this is happening. What paap have I done, that suhanas name is tossed like this. His mom says that that u have not done any paap, this girl has done paap. Dev says that she must have studied for long time abt suhana as to what she used to eat, drink, what she used to do, everything. His mom asks that is there something which happened only between u and suhana and nobody knows abt it. She says trust God, everything will be alright.
Rustoms man is talking on the phone and he turns and says boss as per the plan, dr.dev will admit tomorrow that lolita is suhana thakaral. rustom says that he knows what will happen next, just as soon as she reaches dr.dev's house, then we are not far from our goal. tell our men to be ready for action.
dev is restless and unable to sleep. he remembers his mom saying that there must be something which only u and suhana knows. he thinks and remembers the moments abt him and suhana - sitting outside in trees at night, suhana being sad and he consoling her, putting ghungat on her (the song of tere bin plays in background), suhana helping him to dress up. Then he remembers her when she dies in hospital and the funeral scene and he is very sad. He remembers telling her that he loves her.
Next morning, suhana wakes him up saying its morning, and he takes her in his arms, and she says what are u doing, anyone might see us. Get up, we are yet to go to mandir and she says that today is mahashivratri. he says so what if today is mahashivratri, whats so special. she is shy and says that yr mom said that if u go with husband to mandir on mahashivratri , then u will get a baby soon. so he says that ok we will go, let me sleep for 5 minutes more. she says that if u dont come out in 5 mins, then i will send amar sing to wake u. he smiles and sleeps. Amar sing comes to wake him up and says get up saab its 8 am, he says that i know that memsaab has sent u and says that tell her that i wont wake up till she comes, then he realises that it was past incident and gets up. he remembers suhana telling that she got divorced 6 years back and then on his wedding day, he remembers her asking that this nihal was the same brother-in-law who loves u. dev says that this only suhana knows and nobody else knows.
at the court, his borther in law, and suhanas uncles tells dev that listen to what she says, then take decision. dev says dont be worried, i will ask her one question and will come to know the truth. inside court, dev says that judge saab before she asks me any question, i want to ask her one question, the answer only which suhana could reply. judge says that first let her ask question, then u can ask her. suahana says that no pls, let him ask any questions which only suhana could reply, i will give all the replies. he remembers the day of their wedding when she says that she loves only him and has left off her past. He is abt to ask her question abt her past, when his other mind says that what r u doing ? in order to prove this girl wrong, u are going to open yr wife's life to public and only u know that suhana used to love nihal, then suhana will be defamed. he keeps quiet. and the judge asks him to ask and he says that he does not want to ask her any question and let him be allowed to go. judge says that even if u dont want to ask her questions, she has right to ask u question. dev gets angry that my wife is dead and i dont want to reply to this questions. judge says that we give preference to proof and not sentiments, then asks suhana to ask questions to dev. suahana tells him that take off yr shirt. dev says what nonsense is this - she says that i know of one sign on yr back which only yr wife will know. dev takes off and the mole is there. then she asks judge that she wants to question him in a room alone becoz there are somethings which are private in husband and wife only, the judge permits her. dev is upset.
in rathod's chambers. suhanas uncle says that u said that this case will be closed in one or two hearings only. rathod says that i told u earlier that only dr.dev is weak link in this case. dev's brother-in-law says that are u accusing dev ? rathod says that this girl is using dev and she knows everything whatever happened between suahana and dev, means she must be knowing more abt dev.
suhana and dev sitting in a room and suhana saying something (no sound is give, just music goes on) and dev is getting shocked and gets up and goes. suhana tries to stop him and the lady inspector comes and stops her. the judge asks her what talks did u both have. he says that she told me all those thigns which only suhana and i know. so the judge asks wether whatever she told was true or not. he says yes, suhana is shown happy.
tomorrow :
devs sister comes running to mom and dad says that dev is very upset and something has happened. everybody runs to his room, and sees him seaching something and throwing away things. mom asks whats the matter. he says, that suhana used to write every small things in her black diary, i want to find that then i wont spare that girl.
