I'll give you a written update but.

Zain has a flashback of Mr. Peter saying that "Tum apni wife se Love karta hai? Toh keh do use. Keh do ki I Love You. Life is very unpredictable Zain. Life second chance har ek ko nahi deta."
Zain smiles and buries himself in Aaliya's hair and says "I Love you."
Aaliya smiles and says "I Love you too."
Zain's face shows a mixture of surprise, happiness and relief.
They both look at each other and cup each others face, smiling.
Zain again says "I Love You."
Aaliya too says "I Love You."
They hug again. They're ecstatic. Zain twirls her while she is in his arms.
They again look at each other, cupping each others face.
Aaliya says "Pehle nahin keh sakte the? Mein ghar se nikalti hi nahin."
Zain says "Tum pehle nahin keh sakti thi? Mein tumhe Bhopal jaane hi nahin deta."
She says "Koshish ki thi kehne ki. Sau baar Hazaar baar. Lekin har baar kuch na kuch ho jaata tha. Aur baat nikalte nikalte zubaan par hi reh jaati thi."
Zain says "Par meine toh tumhe I Love You kaha tha."
Then Aaliya has a flashback when Zain says I Love Aaliya Bhatt while asleep.
And after that everything was there in the video.
