HH and CC solution to Ragna crisis
Zee TV decision maker calls the head honcho of the creative team of EMA (HH) to the office, sits him down, slides a pile of papers towards him and says, "Explain"
HH looks on confused, he takes the papers, glancing at each one quickly, he gulps as he reads them, thinking I am never going to get through the pile... there must be hundreds of papers here... he holds his head in his hands... his body language that of a defeated man by what he is able to grasp is
1) the Ranga chant... Ragna forever
2) messages from EMA cast and crew to Zee viewers: Ragna fans
3) requests by Zee viewers: Ragna fans to save Ragna / EMA
HH does't know what to say... he thinks of different ways to defend his team... but how does one defend stupidity.
Shaking his head HH thinks, when did I hire imbeciles... who tells viewers to change the channel and think that they will get away with it... as he reads the tweets of viewers thanking EMA cast and crew for their suggestion to change the channel and that they will.
HH looks up, he is perspiring profusely, before he can say anything... the person opposite him, in a cool and calm manner says, "There is more, do you want the rest aur yeh kafi hai."
HH apologises and says, "Please give EMA a second chance, I will fix this, I will personally go on twitter and fix this mess."
The gentleman stands up, flicks a none existent lint off his suit and says dismissively, "We have new 2 shows on the pipeline... you have until the 200th episode to sort yourselves out. You are welcome to screw yourselves, but we draw a line when your stupidity affects Zee TV. "
Just as he heads out, he turns and says, "I shall borrow Ragnians line... pull up your socks" (mihika😉) and walks out. HH looks on confused, looks at his feet and thinks, "I am wearing chappals"
HH walks into the set, looking left and right, anger glittering in his eyes... he roars, "CUT!"
Everybody in the set freezes, look at HH and then towards another uncertainly... HH looks towards 'EMA cast and crew' (CC) (you don't need names, my smart readers😆) and says, "In my office now". HH walks into his office without looking back, expecting total obedience from CC.
HH throws the papers across the table, the papers he received in his meeting at Zee TV head office and yells, "Explain" Not even bothering to wait for their explanation, he says, "Tum lok gathe ho kya... what ever b******t you guys put on tweeter, leaves a f*****g trail... who was foolish enough to tell the viewers to switch the channel... tum lock kya sochtehe... paisa hawa main ugte hai... gadhe sabke sab... you think we are doing Zee TV a favour by letting them air EMA."
HH then informs CC that he wants to proof read the scripts for the rest of week as CC has been producing below standard scripts, thinking about the sinking TRPs, as he reads the script he says scathingly, "Please tell me you are bright enough to understand that the success we tasted during Mahasangram week was us piggy backing on another more successful show... Zee TV gives us a pick me up and what do we do..." he laughs harshly and continues, "we tell their viewers to f*****g change the channel!"
HH looks at them in disgust and calls his p.a. and says, "Please request Ragav and Kalpi come in."
CC looks on aghast, and think, "Why do we need them, they are only two and we are many"
HH looks up beaming as Ragav and Kalpi come in arm in arm, with a smirk on their faces, after all they are aware of the ongoing twitter war between Ragnians and CC. They can't do much as their hands are tied, but silently they celebrate Ragnians victory. HH says as he glares at CC, "Thank you for coming... we need to do some damage control... Kalpi I have arranged for you to give an interview... let the Ragnians feel your love for Ragav."
Kalpi looks at HH and says, "No, I will not be used to fool Ragnians... I will only do it if Ragav and I can be one." HH sighs and says reassuringly, "Don't worry Kalpi, I am here to make sure Ragna happens. In fact on the 200th episode, Kalpi and Ragav will be no more... you will be Ragna. It is a promise I make towards your love for another. And don't you worry... whichever 200 episode we use... it will be a Ragnalicious episode."
Ragav looks at HH unconvinced, HH sighs and says, "You don't believe me... this friday you can get married and bask in your love and next friday you can have ur SR." HH turns towards CC and says, "Make sure it happens and don't worry about Pakhi woh ek kante kitara hai, jo main phool se door rakhunga."
HH then mutters to himself, next step twitter, need to calm Ragnians and reassure them that Ragna is happening. Shaking his head, he rues the day he hired CC.
Next day HH gives a sigh of relief as he thinks that everything is sorted, logs on to twitter, wanting to reassure Ragna fans, who are dejected after receiving so many babaji ka thullus and lo and behold what does he see.. CC tweet telling Zee TV international viewers that they are not important.
HH snaps his laptop shut, thinking, "No matter how you wrap a ghadha... they will always remain a ghadha!" He heads off to Zee TV to kiss ass so that EMA can survive, but this time he takes CC along with him!.
