The Episode starts with Akshara talking to Gayatri's photo. She takes blessings from everyone. Everyone wish her. Rajbanna apologizes and says we are growing old, so could not wake up. Akshara tells everyone that Maharaj ji called and wished her. Dadda ji asks is everyone coming in the party. Akshara says no party this time. Dadda ji says but Bhabhimaa said... Bhabhimaa lies and changes the topic.
Naitik says we will leave now for office now. Akshara says I will come after some time. Rajbanna says no, lets go together. Akshara says sorry to Bhabhimaa for not preparing tge lunch. Bhabhimaa tells her not to worry, they will do it. Everyone leaves for tye office.
The kids have a talk in the school then Duggu goes to practice with his coach. He plays well.
Naksh working in the office. They looks at each otyer and smiles. Akshara says why did you give so much work on my birthday. He says I'm keeping you busy. She says it's boring. He says you did not wish to party so what to do. She says yes, but you could have done something else, like taking me out. She says she wants a gift. He says fine, come and hugs her. She says leave me. He says it's birthday break. She says anyone can come. Naitik calls the staff and ask not to send anyone in his cabin for half hour. He closes the door. She says whats this. He says happy birthday and they get closer. Pyaar hai tujhpe aaraha... plays in the background. They dance.
Bhabhimaa and Devyaani have a talk about the arrangements. Bhabhimaa warns her about Rukmani and says Muskaan might feel but. Devyaani says don't worry, I'll talk to Muskaan. She says Rashmi also doesn't know about Muskaan staying here. Bhabhimaa says yes, Naitik and Akshara were tensed about this.
Duggu comes and says we did not do the decorations. Devyaani says what shall we do now. Everyone from M's comes and joins them. Varsha says we will do it together. Rukmani comes and asks Muskaan why are you still here. Muskaan says I went and came back. Muskaan says Naman is out of city for work. Anshu and Jasmeet come and meets Muskaan. Naksh comes home. Naitik diverts Akshara and says lets see the lizard. She says no. He says I think it went. Akshara turns and sees her family. She is surprised and smiles. She hugs Vishwamber. Everyone wish her happy birthday. Devyaani asks everyone to sit.
Devyaani gets food for everyone. Everyone likes it. Duggu asks for more. Rukmani taunts Devyaani. Everyone look on. She says many things changed in this house and taunts them. Rajshri praise Devyaani for her food. Devyaani says I learned everything from Akshara and Bhabhimaa. Rukmani taunts her again and says normally the Daughter-In-Law learns from the Mother-In-Law but in here everything is different. Dadi explains to her and says we shouldn't look at outlr age when it comes to learning new things.
Akshara gets a call from Duggu's teacher. She cuts the call and says Duggu has been selected in team, this is best birthday gift. Akshara and Naitik kiss Duggu. Everyone clap.
Everyone have a good time. Duggu gives a thanking speech to everyone. Bhabhimaa tells Akshara to go and get ready. Naitik also goes to freshen up.
Natiik and Akshara come in the room. Akshara wears the new saree. Naitik praise her and ask is the sari new. She says Devyaani and Bhabhimaa gifted this. She says Maa also used to gift me saree on every birthday. He says I will help in pleats. He flirts and says laughs. Akshara wants to go down to everyone. Naitik tries to stop her. He holds her closer and says give me my fees for my work. She says did I ask your help, go and let me go. He says no way, let me wish well. She leaves. He says oh no, stop. Akshara comes out and sees the surprise birthday party arrangements. The kids wish her and throw flower petals on her. Naitik comes to her and they smile.
Music plays... Akshara asks whats all this. Duggu says enjoy the party. Nandini says Rashmi is on the way. Akshara asks where is mum and dad. Mohit says wait for some time. Akshara says so I understand why I was made busy today. Rashmi and Rama come and greet her. Rashmi is shocked to see Muskaan in SS.
Precap: Duggu is on stage and says everyone will show Akshara's life journey now. Bhabhimaa says it was a great idea by m's. Akshara says I don't know what they are gonna show, I'm feeling shy.
