Paro's reaction was beyond my tiny little brain.. Exaggerated innocence or plain insensitivity, I think as soon as she heard Thakurain maasa is her MIL she must have been making this list to end up giving that response..
HOW HAVING THAKURAIN_MAASA AS MY SAASU_MAASA WILL CHANGE MY LIFE FOR BETTER!!!
1. No more drudgery in the masala factory. TM/SM will rescue me from this torture. My delicate hands are not made for this.š
2. No more dyeing clothes and ending up with contact dermatitis to the coloring material. TM/SM does not involve herself in such silly work.
3. Back to embroidery- TM/SM knows my passion my ambition all lie in embroidery. She will let me do this.
4. I can resume my singing classes.. Lack of practice did make me rather hoarse. Once I bring her back we can have our riyaaz every evening whatever the mausam.
5. Protection from Kakisa- Now this is doubtful.. she herself ran away from all this, but a girl can hope..
6. I will get her a complimentary membership to naari mukti morcha. And we can save the world together.š¤
7. She is rather generous with the gifts and jewels, I must say.. And she knows all my favourites.. š
8. Of course I'm her favourite..
9. Best of all, she might just tell me what happens "har raat".. The suspense is killing me.š³
