I feel that Pakhi is not being tortured at all by Gauri and Raghav. It's the opposite. Pakhi is torturing Raghav and Gauri by being extra sweet and wanting Raghav to accept him as his wife when he loves someone else.
She just starts crying to see that Raghav does not want to wish her on her bday and wants us to feel that she is being tortured. She is not even alone but she has her grandmother to support her.
At the end of this, Pakhi is torturing us as well. 😡
