Neetu scoping out Kalpi every move in chawl! She knows Kalpi is anxious to meet rags! Suppose she prevents Kalpi from meeting rags in some way!! Maybe prem coming into scene now!! Raghav thinking Kalpi didn't come!! He cannot believe that she didn't come to meet him and wonders what cud be the reason!! He knows she is never late!
