Can't Raman re-appeal for Adi's custody based on today?

Today's epi showed that Shagun tried to commit suicide - regardless of whom she might blame or what the reason might be ..can the law her to retain custody of Adi? ...How is a parent who tries to commit suicide deemed fit by any court of law to continue to have custody of her kid? ..

Just like how Shagun questioned Ruhi's custody when Ishra were separate ...similarly can't raman fight for custody based on the fact that she's not fit to be a parent..either her mental balance is OFF or she's a complete coward to attempt suicide ...what kind of example does a suicidal parent set for her kid?! ..and i'm sure any court of law will withdraw her custody rights!

Tho i'm speaking realistically here , I really wouldn't want CVs to waste further episode time on Adi and Shagun and parmeet ..all get on my nerves!! ..Also, if Raman gets Adi he would screw up IshRa relation ..so I don't want to see that happen ..but speaking realistically it's strange that the court will let Adi stay with a suicidal mother
