If we put our self in her place, we might not get what is wrong or right as this lady has suffered for the past 20 years and these years she did not even know who she is. She just got her memory back and for her these 20 years is like the recent time so she cannot think about anything else but the pain of her and her husband's death. She wants to make the Kapoors suffer in her lifetime and wants to punish them without knowing what's wrong and what's right.
She know that it is not Pakhi's fault but she forgets it when she remembers how her son used to live like an orphan all these years.
She will need sometime to come out of this trauma and so I can understand her emotions.
Comparing her with Kamla or Neetu will not be right as Kamla and Neetu both have lived with their family and have not had to suffer as Gauri.
