I think both will realize it around the same time and accept it in their own hearts but they will think it is one sided and will not confess. They will mistake love for 'simple kindness' Ishu will compel him to confess with lots of drama (in anger, fear or pain).
My wish is for him to confess first in Ramantic Style ❤️
