Farhan turns stylist

Mumbai: He's a man of many talents, and now we hear that filmmaker, actor and singer Farhan Akhtar has taken on the onus of styling his own looks as well for his upcoming film Dil Dhadakne Do.

Farhan's dabbling in matters of styling came about when he was in discussions with his sister and DDD director Zoya Akhtar regarding the look of his character in the film. He soon realised that the character's style statement was remarkably close to his own. So Farhan promptly opened up his wardrobe and got a few outfits okayed for the film.

"When Farhan met the stylist for measurements and heard the styling brief for DDD, he realised that the way the character dressed was very close to his personal sense of style. He mentioned this to the team and asked them if they would like to go through his personal wardrobe and handpick/choose clothes. The team agreed, and in a way Farhan ended up styling his own look!" a source close to the actor told us.
