Who are those two sisters in ahil home. I mean who are they real sisters of ahil ?

Sanam is zoya daughter but who is the blind daughters mother?

Ahil is he own son of tanveer?

What about zoya half sister ? I mean razia daughter?

What happened to shireen daughters , nikhat and nuzrat?

The sister with the glasses who seems really innocent is Sanam's real sister. But we don't know if she knows the truth or anyone else in the house knows it. Also we don't know how Tanveer ended up keeping her.And Ahil's other sis who is really modern akro... Is I think his own real sis ... But this is still not conformed. And there is no blind character. I think you are talking about the deaf girl Haaya. Haya is Najma's and imran's daughter.

And all the other character such as Humera(razia daughter) and Haider have left the show because they didn't want to play the role of a parent.

All the other characters have also quit the show. Nikat, Shreen, nuzat all have left

The two sisters are Nazia (the one with specs) and Shazia (she's like the school bully). They are Aahil's real sisters.

There is no blind daughter, I think you mean Haya. Haya is Najma and Imraan's daughter. She is deaf and mute but gorgeous and loveable. 😳

Humaira, Zoya's half-sister, was known to be in Dubai with her husband Haider but they are not shown post leap. Nikhat and Nuzrat along with Shireen and Ayaan were last known to be overseas and they are also not shown post leap.

As the actors portraying these character have left the show their absence will probably not be explained.

We have no proof that Nazia and Shazia are Ahil's real sisters. So we can't say so quickly. But for now yeah they are his sis. We need to wait and see
