Did Ishu know that Raman knows of her plan?

When Raman told Mihir today that Vibhu was Ishu's plan to make him jealous ..how come Ishu was not super surprised that Raman knows of her plan??? ...Did Ishita guess that he had come to know of her plan or what?

She mentioned in her own way When she teases Raman that " aap bahut kanjoos hai Rs 500 pandit ji ko diye maine Rs 1500 diye or saare greh nakshatra badal gaye " This shows that she knows... he knows her game plan. And the above conversation also shows that she told him that "I know, you know what I was doing".
