Saumya Tondon in Praveen Bharadwaj's music video
Saumya Tondon, Rusty of 'Aisa Des Hia Mera', is featuring in a music video 'Barsaat- the rain of love', produced by Blue Sky Entertainment. It is the story of a girl in love, but she is not able to meet her beau. And rain brings the memory back to her. She moves into a state of trance and remembers all the fun they have had.
Music and lyrics are by Praveen Bharadwaj (a lyrist of repute who has done more than 100 films till now) while choreography is by Jayesh (Remo's assistant) and singers are Mahalakshmi Aiyer and Sumit Paul.
This is the first time that Saumya is doing a music video. She had earlier turned down offers for music video but the story line for Barsaat is so interesting, that Saumya couldn't say no. 'It is very aesthetic video and very earthy in flavour. I had earlier refused other offers for music video because they did not have proper story line or they were for titillation,' says Saumya.
Saumya has currently done a Canadian one-hour film MAYA in English while in another Ashtvinayak production she is with Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor.
