Written Update: Sabooto Ka Rahasya

The episode begins with a bomb squad car driving up a mall along with the CID team. Abhijeet sir asks the owner to get safe and that everything will be fine. They search the entire mall and Purvi hears the bomb ticking down to destruction and she edges closer to it and calls Abhijeet sir.The bomb squad people say that it's not a bomb. The team finds a a box gift-wrapped and inside it a mobile phone without a SIM Card. The check the memory card and find a sound clip. On playing it, a man named Jigora speaks to Abhijeet that he had come out of jail with the help of his friends and that he wishes to surrender. He calls them to the parking lot in the basement. Abhijeet sir looks down to find few drops of blood and glanced up to find it dripping from there
ACP sir is puzzled as to what the criminal wants to tell them. Dhivya takes leave from them saying that she was feeling sick. Days sir picks up a letter which read that Jingora was not a fool to surrender. It also says that the cut-finger was a clue he is giving the team to find the criminal. Daya sir picks up the clues one by one- a knife, a photo of a child and a wind chime, all of them blood-stained, which would lead them to the criminal.
Salunkhe sir tells them that he had unearthed so much information. Firstly he says that the blood stains on the knife were of a man's and of a woman's. Secondly he says that the bloodstain on the finger matched with everything but the cut finger. He says that the trace of the woman's blood was found only on the knife, mixed with the man's blood. Tarika explains that the killer had attacked the man and washed the knife as a result of which the blood had been washed off. She also says that the man had attacked two other people- a man and a woman. Daya sir suspects that the killer must have killed an entire family. Tarika says that there are 2 sets of fingerprints- a couple's (a man and a woman- I'll write it this way if it has to be repeated.) Salunkhe sir tells that DNA tests would be impossible for the blood was soaked. Dhivya enters the lab and tells that none had filed a missing report and the other cop tells that the box was a common one. They decide to check on the Russian letter.
A Russian translator tells them some kind of a code which Purvi suspects to be a clue to them. The lady says that she recognized the writing and a girl confirms it by telling it was Rajeev. Rajeev turns out to be a married man who came to learn Russian along with his wife Shilpa but were missing since 2-3 days. Abhijeet sir asks to call him. The guy says that Rajeev was transferred to Russia and so was learning its language. The other guy tells that the couple's phone was switched off. Abhijeet sir asks whether he had a son and shows his photo. They fail to recognize him. Abhijeet sir asks for his address.
Abhijeet sir and co reached Rajeev's house and Abhijeet sir tells that they have come to the right place. He asks Nishita to take the blood sample while Purvi calls him to show the kid, Saransh. They also find glass pieces and Abhijeet sir says that glass items must have been used to attack.Karan finds blood stains on the wall. Purvi finds letters with blood in Russian language. Abhijeet sir also finds the home partied coz it was the couple's wedding anniversary and also finds a notebook with blood. Sachin sir finds footprints leading somewhere and the two are shocked to see the CID's crime tape and also find the corpses missing with just markings. Sachin sir also finds a similar wind chime. Abhijeet sir finds an eye lens. Just then Purvi rushes in calls the two to the child's room. There they find "Bachhe ko kya kua malum hai" on the mirror and also " Laashein bohot kuch bata deti hai" with blood. Purvi finds a notebook in which was written "Parul mujhe bachao". Abhijeet sir suspects that the child might have known that his family was in danger.
Salunkhe sir tells that 4 blood samples were found from Rajeev's house- 2 men and 2 women. ACP sir says that maybe the killer itself is a woman and hence blood might have spilt there. They just hoped that the child was fine. Tarika says that contact lens was damaged as a result of falling down. Daya sir receives a call. It was from Abhijeet sir.("Haan Abhijeet".. Am I smiling or am I smiling.. Wow!!!) Daya sir gets shocked and immediately asks Salunkhe sir to switch on the TV. It says that Zingora was involved in a hoax and was dead 5 days ago. ACP sir says that someone was trying to fool them.
Abhijeet sir, Purvi and others are talking to Parul in her school(Abhijeet sir's, Sachin sir's and Purvi's smile!!! Was absolutely heavenly). Parul says that Saransh was her best friend and that he had been absent since 3 days. Sachin sir asks why Saransh had written such a thing on the note and she says that Saransh was scared of a Ragini aunty. She says that Ragini was a lady who often came to Saransh's house and brawled. Abhijeet sir (sooo sweetly) promises her to find Saransh (HIS smile was killer!!!!). Sachin sir says that the 4th blood sample from Rajeev's house might be Ragini's.
ACP sir is frustrated in the bureau and Daya sir enters and says that the past year's phone records of Rajeev and Shilpa showed no Ragini. Sachin sir also reports the same. ACP sir says that Ragini might have just been an acquaintance.
ACP sir, Daya sir and Sachin sir go to Shilpa's office where they are informed that there was no Ragini working there. Asked about Shilpa at loggerhead's with someone, the MD says that there was none. The PA says that a Prem was missing since 14th May which was when the couple was murdered. The MD tells that Prem had emailed them his resignation and left without informing. The PA tells that Prem's wife was named Ragini.
Abhijeet sir and Purvi are going to Prem's house which seemed locked. A neighbour named Priyanka comes over and asks the two who they were. To hide their identity, they say that they were Prem's friends and were new to the city. Purvi calls up Nikhil and asks him not to come out until he is told to. The lady moves off and Nikhil comes out and shows them a knife stand which had similar makeup like that of the other that they had. Also a knife was missing from that. Abhijeet sir says that Prem must be involved and wonders where he is.
In a resort, we see a couple blaming each other about something. The server serves them with a complementary food in whose plate the couple finds handcuffs. The two try to escape (I loved Sachin's looks when he turns) and are caught by AS^2 and a slap is handed to them. Abhijeet sir says that their credit card details had revealed their whereabouts. Prem says that it was Ragini that cut her finger and also killed Rajeev and his family.
Flashback: A light atmosphere prevails in Rajeev's house as the family prepares to celebrate the wedding anniversary. Just then Ragini comes to their house and hands over a gift to Shilpa. Rajeev sends Saransh to his room and Ragini insists on Shilpa's opening the gift. Shilpa drops the box in horror as she finds a finger in it. Ragini says that the finger is her husband's and tells that Shilpa must pay for it. She raises the knife and the dagger get droven into Rajeev's chest. Shilpa tries to call the ambulance and Ragini pushes her too in an attempt to kill Shilpa. Prem intervenes and takes Ragini away. Rajeev dies. Shilpa removes the knife and stabs herself and dies. Prem and Ragini escape.
Purvi asks why Shilpa had committed suicide without even thinking of her son. Abhijeet sir asks where Saransh was and they deny knowing anything. Sachin sir asks why they were challenging the team with Zingora's name and they firmly deny doing any such thing. Asked about if any of the two wore lenses, they say that neither of them wears. They say that neither Rajeev nor Shilpa wore contact lenses. Abhijeet sir says that he knows who the opponent is.
ACP sir, Abhijeet sir and others come to Priyanka's house. ACP sir recognizes her as an applicant to join CID. He says that Purvi was selected instead of her. Priyanka says that with that one decision of his, all her dreams were crushed. ACP sir says that their decision was right and asks Purvi to arrest her. She runs and Purvi catches up with her. A wrestling-like fight takes place between them (My God! What was it.. Ansha was absolutely in a class of her own! Perfectly done!) Priyanks tells that she had wanted a chance to fool CID ever since she was rejected. She says that she told about her plan to Ragini and reached Rajeev's house silently. Once they were gone, she had investigated the place. She also says that she had used Zingora's name. ACP sir says that it was her luck that the news of Zingora's death reached them. Purvi asks where from she managed to find Zingora's voice. She says that she had thrown the corpses into the jungle and did not know where Saransh was. She accepts going into the room but says that she didn't find Saransh there.
In the school Parul is crying on missing her best friend, Saransh. She recalls the sweet memories they had had.
