Siddharth Kumar Tewary (Swastik Productions), the maker of the magnum-opus Mahabharat on Star Plus, will now present a very fascinating tale about the bonding between a six-year old girl and an elephant. Titled Bandhan, the show will launch sometime in June on Zee TV.

And after Junoon - Aisi Nafrat Toh Kaisa Ishq and Encounter, Aditya Redij will be seen in the above show.

Yes, the dashing looking actor will play a honest and upright forest range officer (FRO) in Bandhan. Joining him as his wife will be Shweta Munshi of Maayke Se Bandhi ...Dor fame.

A source states, "The shoot for Bandhan is presently in full swing in Umargaon. The maker has chosen some realistic outdoor locations, as the story will revolve around the forest with the elephant playing a predominant part in storytelling. The cast and crew are shooting at some amazing never-seen-before locations."

Also, the show will dwell on the sweet relationship of the parents with their six-year old daughter. As reported in media, Ananya Agarwal, who was earlier seen in Kyaa Hua Tera Vaada/em> and Amrit Manthan, will play the central character.

For the uninitiated, this enchanting tale of a little girl and her elephant was earlier pitched by Swastik Productions to Life OK. Jannat Zubair Rehmani of Phulwa fame had even bagged the lead role, but it is not the case now. The show will now see its launch on Zee TV.
