The CVs should give some air time to Ankita at least thinking to herself that what she is asking of Pari is not kosher but that she, Ankita, has no choice as she wants Naren back to his normal self.

I also didn't like the fact that in the very first scene after Naren recovered Ankita was shown to be more worried about what would happen to her than showing her relieved about Naren. I don't doubt Ankita is a good girl and was ecstatic that Naren recovered. It would have seemed more natural to show her joy then disbelief and pain at not being recognized even. The jump was too quick, I felt.

Topic maker I completely respect ur opinion and I think this is a very interesting topic but I kind of disagree😊 I dont really think Ankita is trying to spoil Pari's life at all, she just wants Naren cured and feels the only resort to getting him cured is by asking Pari to come to the Karmarkar Home. She is not being selfish but foolish to give into Rushali's demands, Rushali hates Ankita and is tricking her all this time and Ankita doesnt even know it. Rushali is harming both Ankita and Pari, Ankita of course since she put Raunaq in jail and she wants revenge for that by throwing her out of the house but shes also not caring for Pari either, she doesnt care how Pari will feel about having to see Naren again when shes trying to forget him. Ankita doesnt want to put Pari through this pressure at all, she just wants to see Naren normal and happy again I think.It really hurts Ankita to see Naren behaving the way he is, I honestly dont think she is being selfish at all, she just wants Naren to be ok, I understand Pari not wanting to do this because she wants to move on in her life and not remember Naren, both Pari and Ankita are in a tough situation.

EDIT: I think that if Ankita were being selfish she wud have let Naren be in this terrible state and let him suffer and not care but she is doing all she can to get Naren better

Edit part only: Ankita loves Naren no doubt but love can be selfish and possessive as Archana herself told Pari today that Ankita is possessive in her love. If she told Naren the truth, he will suffer and Ankita will lose him forever, she cannot risk that as she loves him. Ankita is very clear about her intentions, she tells Pari "make my husband alright for me" she is not saying "make my husband alright and keep him as he wants you" - there is a difference. She loves Naren and is doing this for him AND for herself, for their marriage and their baby. Any woman in that position would be selfish and not risk her husband's health.

Was disappointed with Archana today :( wish Purvi was with her daughter or that Ovi was there at least. One can advise but not coerce a person especially if you know it is going to put your own grandchild in jeopardy. To go be with a married man as his ex-love is plain wrong especially if the girl is still in love with him and is trying to get over him :(

The fact is that Naren and Ankita are now in a relationship that can never ever break ...they are the parents of a child who is about to be born ...Ankita is the mother of Naren's child and that can never change but Ankita is not using this to get any favours at all .She wants to do the right thing and do what makes Naren happy ...

If he knows about the child then he might fee obligated and that is not what she wants ,,,

No she will not tell Naren ( he is still unwell, only one day before he was going to cut his hand with a knife ) , neither she will tell Sunanda ( to get her in her camp as you say ) or even Pari ( to ensure that Pari will not even think about Naren in her dreams ( after knowing about his baby ) .

Ankita is a very selfless person , she is not going to use her child to her advantage.

That is why she is selfless and not selfish , I love the girl and hope she comes out of this ordeal with dignity and at the end of the day nothing happens to her baby .

Rushali's game plan is very obvious .In the next few days she wants to show it clearly to Ankita that Naren only thinks of you as a caretaker as that is all you were ...a paid nanny while Pari is the girl who is the real Ahana and someone who suits Naren and his status in every way ( unlike the ghareeb chawl girl Ankita ) .If there is one thing that Rushali is 100 % sure of then that is Ankita's love for Naren and that is why she will keep on drilling this idea in Ankita till Ankita herself withdraws from this situation thinking that it is only best to end her marriage .

Can you imagine how stressful and depressing this situation will be for any expecting mother ( that too in her first trimester of pregnancy ) and then to see her husband romancing , kissing another girl all the time ..I just hope she will not have a miscarriage...

I don't think she will use her baby either but she may tell Sunanda in a fit of despondency. I didn't say she would tell Sunanda in order to knowingly get Attu in her camp - I said telling Sunanda would get Attu in her camp ie if Sunanda got to know about the baby, she would definitely be in Ankita's camp. Ankita is a nice girl, no doubt about that, no doubt she would never knowingly use the baby to get Naren, no doubt she loves Naren, no doubt she will do anything in her power to cure him. But there is a hint of selfishness in that she wants her love cured at the cost of hurting the girl that loved/loves him. She does want him back, she told Pari clearly that she knows Pari is not doing this to take him from Ankita. There is nothing selfless in wanting to save your husband at all costs and I certainly don't begrudge her wanting to save him. I would perhaps do the same thing in her place, but I definitely don't think she is selfless for feeling that way, that's all.

As for Rushali, she reminds me of the Savita of old. She is a wicked witch and cares for neither girl. And yes, you are absolutely right, she will brainwash Ankita into thinking it is in the best interests of Naren for Ankita to leave her son. I hope it doesn't take another 18 years for them to re-unite.

well then I think it is best to agree to disagree on this point as I do strongly feel that she is not at all selfish, just a girl in a terrible situation with no other choice then to do what she Is doing right now ..

Even Pari's constantly thinking of Naren ( even dreaming about him asking her for marriage ) can be called selfish but Pari is human too and she too is doing the best she can as a good human being in this situation ...

The whole idea is to save a very sick man who first got mentally unstable when he saw his girlfriend in a burning car and after 2 years of painful medical therapies and what not , he has recovered but stil lis very unwell mentally as he still does not remembers a big part of his life .It was seeing Pari In that burning car that caused Naren so much trouble ...Pari should do whatever she can to help this poor guy just like Ankita too should help him as she is his wife and it is her duty to see him safe and healthy.

Anyway, I have presented my argument and respect others having different opinions ...

Since this whole Ankita , Pari and naren story started , the TRPs of the show have been very down .The show at the same time on another channel is doing much better ..

If the writers take the same route as the past then I don't think the show will survive for long ...they will have to bring in some fresh ideas , some feel good factor ( way too much gloominess in this show right now ) and some other interesting tracks ...

I respect your opinion :) neither girl is totally selfish nor totally selfless just human and both are good human beings unlike the wicked witch. And regurgitating the same old story line over and over again makes it frustrating for the viewer. Do hope the CVs will infuse some novelty into this stale awful mother in law tale that is being spun. And if there is another leap, I will gnash my teeth, literally :)
