the whole sir thing drives me NUTS! I know these shows are ridiculous but this is the most ridiculous thing for me. I remember in KS Bani used to call her husband Mr. Walia. Like you have kids with this man, you have been intimate so why be so formal.

Even i find that so awkward. I cringe every time i hear her say it!0

The Mr. Bajaj, Mr. Walia, Mr. Kapoor... these still I understand because in real life I have actually heard wivies address their husbands as Mr. so and so... they won't take their husband's name, nor are willing to go the " yey ji/o ji" route. But mostly among the older generation. So yesh I can still digest that, albeit with a digestive pill 😉 But this "Naren Sir" is really ewww 🤢

But apart from Mrs. Kapoor i.e. Priya Kapoor,none of the other belonged to older generation..Bani Walia n Prerna Bajaj were quite young,although their hubbies were.. 😆
